He was not a minor when he committed a deadly rape of a woman and tortured with a freaking rod into her body, but a minor/ juvenile when comes to getting punished. The horror of Nirbhaya rape, i just cannot imagine her pain. And he was allowed to get away with few years of correction home. Congratulations judiciary you failed to the woman of this country. As a woman, i absolutely hate that judiciary in such a henious crime behaved spineless. Why not have absolutely bone-chilling punishment for rapist. What are you afraid of ?

The law will get stronger if people commit rape, its not law, but the mindset of society which leads to such cases. This is because law for rape cases existed before this incident happened, its just became harsh for criminals. However, we still have witnessed a tragedy like Hathras rape case!!
