the way Dr Dogra explained how renowned is the Talvar family is and how much the Aarushi was costly for her parents, actually tells the reasons for so much of negligence in the investigation. Well tried Dr Dogra but perceptions and assumptions are not enough for so many factual raised unsolved questions. May the souls rest in peace.

Madam I've biological kids and adopted kids too. I treat them money the same lines No mine or others. But onebthing I felt. If your own biological kid suffers from any defect syndrome, you feel tensed worried, tearful, think think think etc which ruins you and the child, negativity sweeps in. But if adopted kid has a defect it dies not pinch uou that much. You think.like a doctor, try positive ideas for the child's bright future. As mycadopted children are physically handicapped. Mentally I'm not tensed like other parents whose own children may be having a defect. Here Arushi was a tailor made baby. Yhesexare doctors, they see deaths, accidents... what I saw read in newspapers was arushis mother more cljnging on to husband . If someth8 g happens like that no matter how much educated you scream. But here dark silence was maintained... Anyway people within irongates should know more than outsiders. Big people, moneyed people, influential people....what they utter is correct

After listening to how influential both families were and one grandparent was the professor of this guy, I doubt if this man will speak honestly and he might even try to save the doctor couple if they were the actual murderers. But nobody actually knows what happened that night and I'm only trying to play the devil's advocate role here by giving another angle to this explanation.

Please Read my theories and reply .. Theory 1 नौकर की मौत छत पर हुई थी । एसा हो सकता है कि नौकर कातिल को जानता हो । कातिल आया हो, वो दोनो cigarette या दारू पीने के बहाने छत पर गए हों । वहां उसने नौकर को मारा हो और नीचे आके लडकी को भी मार दिया हो । वो दो चौकीदार जो shift बदलकर काम करते थे उनके बारे मे CBI क्या सोचती है, क्या उनकी जांच हुई ? Imagine करो आप एक flat मे पिछले छ महीने से रह रहे हो, तो जाहिर सी बात है कि आपके वहां के चौकीदार से अच्छी दोस्ती हो जाएगी । एसा बिल्कुल possible है कि उस रात हेमराज ने चौकीदार को बुलाया हो या फिर खुद वो चौकीदार वहां आया हो और ये दोने छत पर गए हों और वहां उसने पहले हेमराज को मारा हो और फिर नीचे आकर Arushi को मारा और एक और important बात , चौकीदार की जगह कोई और व्यक्ति भी हो सकता है, कोई पडोसी या society आस पास का कोई व्यक्ति । और चौकीदार के लिए घर के तालों की चाबियां बनवाना कोई बडी बात नही रही होगी और फिर हम उस नौकरानी को कैसे भूल सकते हैं, उसके लिए चाबी हासिल करना कोई बडी बात नही रही होगी वह भी इसमे मिली हो सकती है । एक बात बताओ, जिस तरह चाबी को ऊपर से नीचे फेंका जा सकता है , उसी तरह नीचे से ऊपर भी फेंका जा सकता है। हो सकता है चौकीदार इसमे मिला हो, उसने पहले हेमराज को मारा, फिर आरुषि को, और बाहर से Lock कर के चाबी balcony से Rajesh को दे दी । और इस बात की भी बहुत संभावना है कि उस Building का कोई व्यक्ति ही कातिल हो, और अगर चौकीदार सच बोल रहा है कि उस रात न कोई Building से अंदर गया और न बाहर आया ,तो यह शक और मजबूत हो जाता है , चाबी को दरवाजे के नीचे से सरका दिया होगा, य अपनी balcony से उनकी balcony मे फेंक दी होगी, या किसी अन्य तरीके से अंदर पहुंचा दी होगी । एक और बहुत important बात, Dr Talwar ने Vo Camera online मंगवाया था, और उसे देने कोई आया था और उस Camera को हेमराज ने recieve किया था उसके बारे मे Police ने क्या पता किया ? Theory 2 मुझे लगता है कि दो या दो से अधिक लोग इसमे शामिल हैं, case कुछ तथ्य एसे हैं जो इस ओर इशारा करते हैं, डाॅ डोगरा (Forensic Expert, जिन्होने सबसे पहले Investigate किया) कहते हैं कि कोई आया था और उसने हेमराज को मारा और मारते वक्त आरुषी ने उसे देख लिया इसलिए उसने आरुषी को भी मार दिया। अब मुझे एक बात बताओ,आरुषी इतनी समझदार तो थी कि Murder का मतलब जानती थी,एक 13 साल की लडकी जो आधी रात को अपने घर मे एक Murder देखती है और आकर चुप चाप सो जाति है ? मां बाप को नही जगाती चीखती नही हैं बस आकर सो जाती है ? यह बहुत अजीब नही है ? मुझे लगता है, कि आरुषी ने Murder तो नही देखा होगा पर हां यह जरूर देखा होगा कि कौन आया है और वो उन्हे शायद जानती थी । खैर जाने या न जाने जो लोग आए थे वो हेमराज को मारने के बाद यह Risk तो नही ले सकते थे कि वो आरुषी को छोड दें और उन्होने उसे भी मार दिया । अब मै कैसे कह सकता हूं कि दो या दो से अधिक लोग थे ? एक बात बताओ Investigation से यह बात पता चली थी कि हेमराज की मौत अरुषी के कमरे मै नही हुई थी यह तो बिल्कुल तय है ,क्योंकि हेमराज के blood और DNA का एक भी Trace उस कमरे मे नही मिला । अब ध्यान से समझो ,हेमराज का खून बहुत बहा था,जिसने भी हेमराज को मारा उसके शरीर पर खून तो उछला ही होगा,अगर वो ही आरुषी का कातिल है तो उसके कमरे मे हेमराज के खून का एक भी सुराग क्यों नही मिला ? जिसने भी हेमराज को मारा, उसने आरुषी की नही मारा यहां तक की वो कमरे मे आया भी नही बाहर से ही चला गया ,आरुषी को दूसरे आदमी ने मारा और फिर वो देनो गायब हो गए , य Parents मे से कोई एक अरुषी का कातिल हो सकता है, भागने वाले ने बाहर से दरवाजे बंद कर दिए । यह बात मानना बहुत मुश्किल है कि इतने कम समय मे सारे सबूत मिटा दिए हों ,वो भी आधी रात अंधेरे मे। हो सकता है आरुषी की मां का किसी के साथ Affair हो , पडोसी आया हो , दोनो को हेमराज आरुषी ने देखा हो और हेमराज को वस लोग समझाने terrace पर ले गए हों..... अब यहां तक सब Normal है, लेकिन धीरे धीरे बात बढी और वहां कहा सुनी हुई हो और हेमराज को मार दिया हो...अब इन्हे नही पता था कि बात बढ जाएगी और हेमराज मर जाएगा । Nupur अंदर चली गई और Arushi को मार दिया हो । लेकिन यह थोडा मुश्किल सा लगता है ,क्योंकि एसा कुछ होता तो Nupur के Narco test मे कुछ तो पता चलता । आप Dr Dogra की Theory मेरी दो या दो से अधिक लोग वाली बात जोडें तो बात कुछ हो सकने वाली लगती है । चौकीदार और Ground floor के पडोसी पर मुझे पूरा शक है, यहां तक की आजू बाजू का कोई Neighbor भी हो सकता है ।

1. All accused servants were with their respective owners that night, confirmed by their owners. 2. The killer covered hemraj's body with cooler panel and bedsheets and then locked the terrace. Why will some outsider do this ? Talwars locked the terrace, they wanted to blame hemraj for it and were waiting to dispose the body of hemraj perhaps next day. They didn't know that it will be such a big drama and they won't get opportunity to dispose the body. 3. After killing two persons, and knowing that parents are sleeping in next room, Killer didn't run away, but he opened personal bar and drank scotch whiskey. Wow...Just wow. 4. When police broke the lock, Talwars kept denying recognizing hemraj...LoL..while his family recognized him. The same person served dinner to the family in same dress just one day ago. And they couldn't recognize? 5. Aarushi's body and surroundings were readjusted, as proved from blood mark patterns, killer was so dumb that he was adjusting aarushi s body and her toys and books instead of running away. 6. Aarushi's room could not be opened from outside without key, parents claim that they forgot key on nearby hanger that day, wow, and same day servants also came...Wow great coincidence. 7. That day Parents gifted a birthday present camera to Aarushi ...too early ....Many days before the birthdate. Again a coincidence ? 8. Aarushi's phone got switched off at 9:40 pm that day, {first time in a recent year} the girl used to chat with her friends till 12:30 AM everyday. She was murdered at around 1 AM, phone got switched off at 9:40...Ok again coincidence. 9. That day Nupur personally brought Aarushi from school to home. Otherwise she used to come with driver other days. Again a coincidence. 10. Nupur's phone was also switch off that day , first time in entire year. Again a coincidence. ? 11. Hemraj did not eat dinner that day, He took food for himself in a plate, but then didn't eat. Usually he used to have dinner at 10 pm. again coincidence ? 12. Talwar claimed that he was awake till around 11:30. But around 12, just one 30 mins later Aarushi's friend Anmol called on home-landline, the phone was kept in Bedroom of Talwars, but no one responded. That day was special. Ok so the 10 PM time is very important, something happened around 10 PM which led to phone-switch off of Aarushi and Hemraj not taking his dinner. 13. Hemraj told a NGO activist that his life was at stake , Activist asked him to tell his owner (Talwars) he said "HE CAN'T". 14. In all this, Wife of Hemraj must be neutral and obviously she has no enmity towards Talwars and no friendship with Servants. If she had doubt about servants she would accuse them, Coz they also killed her husband.. Why did she blame Talwars? She says that her husband told her on call that dentist couple is threatening him, and not paying his salary, so he can't travel back to nepal. Why would his wife lie ? 15. When their only child died, parents didn't cry much, their supporters say every human reacts differently, and I agree When some loved one dies, people get shock & trauma and it's completely normal if they don't cry. BUT Nupur went straight in a television show just few days after murder, and kept uttering cheesy lines like my daughter was my world, flower of my garden and so on. These are filmy & poetic lines, no one becomes poetic after such a big loss, so poetic , that it begins to look scripted and acting , even anchor seemed shocked that how can this woman make such lines under this much pressure & trauma. 16. IG Kaul, CBI noticed that parents were not supportive, and kept giving contradictory statements, and defied orders and kept removing items & renovating their house despite warnings by CBI. All they cared about defending themselves, and showed no interest in finding the culprits. 17. UP police , at first observation accused Talwars until their gang bought CBI IG Arun Kumar who proposed his out of the world theory. 18. CBI final team accused Talwars again on the base of 138 circumstantial evidences, and court convicted them lifetime imprisonment. 19. High Court released them due to lack of direct evidence , but didn't say that they were innocent. ◆ There are only two things people say while defending the Parents : A) Parents can't kill their daughter : it's emotional stereotype, Indrani Mukherjee also killed her daughter, and if you search you will find parents killing & raping their children. It's rare but not impossible. B) in NARCO test Krishna admitted that he killed Hemraj with Khurki : Again a big lie. News channels used selected clips of him, when the doctor put words into his mouth. As part of plan of IG Kumar & Talwars. NARCO test ends mental ability to resist, Person becomes passive, and can't resist much and agrees to the words he listens. That's why this test is not admissible in courts. Take two examples : you & me talking about Earth, I'm saying that Earth is flat, you are laughing at it, and denying it. Now if you're put under NARCO test, and asked What shape earth is? You'll say Round few times, but if asked again n again you'll also say IT'S FLAT, cause somewhere this answer is in your subconscious mind, and you don't want to resist questioner, so you'll admit earth is flat, despite your belief that it's round. Second example : Even if someone ask you 2-3 times under NARCO, that You're alien, aren't you? You'll end up admitting it coz your mind can't resist. Same thing happened with Poor Servants (you can check it yourself in NARCO video)... Servants denied their involvement, hundred times and accused Talwar & their illicit affairs motive behind murder. But doctor kept telling them no you did it, no you did it, don't lie. Lol..And at one instance he just said yes mam. wow. One more thing to be noted that before narco , atleast for 30 Days the servants were tortured and accused often that you killed her with khukri, khukri, khukri. So it was obvious that under NARCO they will give many contradictory statements and that's what happened. NARCO test is like a induced dream. When u live in a environment, dealing with same things for a long period, you'll see dreams about this and talk in sleep about this. But this talk and dream is never reality, you know it. But still in NARCO servants didn't disclose any strong plotline, motive or evidence , but PARENTS DID. The parents were also put under NARCO test, but their video were not made public, as it was not part of the plan by IG Kumar. It is available in CBI's reports though, you can find it on internet. In that narco test : - Dentist couple admitted that Rajesh killed both Arushi & Hemraj with a golf stick. - Whenever the Name of Hemraj was mentioned, the couple showed extreme anger & hate towards Hemraj. Why? So if we can blame Servants on the base of fabricated & edited NARCO video, why can't you blame the parents. They also accepted murdering. This list goes on, even a child can tell that parents killed her. For what reason ? That's mystery.

Yes, in another case of Mumbai girl of std 9 came home, mother (who took early retirement to pay services to Radha Krishna temple ) as usual was not at home, girl was alone and she saw a rat or cockroach in kitchen therefore couldn't take food from kitchen, she called watchman to get rid of cockroach rat, but that bloody security guard raped her and killed her So even if u don't keep servant, girls are at risk, we have to teach girls to be bold courageous to face any situation Female middle age servants are better Most foolish was her own mother, why she should leave house whn girl is expected to return from school

With due regards, this version of the case misses the fact that the alleged murderer must have exited the house as well. But in the morning when the maid arrived, the main door was locked from inside and the terrace door was also locked from inside. Leaving no other way from which the alleged person must have escaped.

Story of Dr Dogra is indigestible . There can be professional sympathy or old relationship of Talwar couple's parents. In a normal condition , if someone kills so precious single child, how will his / her parents react ? As soon as they know the brutal killing of their child, they will definitely yell, cry and inform police and neighbours . But it didn't happen that night. Talwar couple didn't yell, didn't cry , didn't call police. When the domestic help ( Maid ) came to work in the morning, she found both husband - wife sitting aside to dead body of Arushi patiently and told her that Hemraj killed Arushi and ran away. That maid informed about this incident to neighbours and then Police was informed. Dr Talwar informed police that Hemraj killed her daughter and ran away. He forced police to go to Nepal to search Hemraj and arrest him. Dr Talwar locked the door of upstairs. When Police asked him to open the lock , he told that Key was misplaced. We must not forget that Hemraj's dead body was found on the roof after two days. Why did Dr Talwar misguided police ? Why did he stop Police to go on roof ? There are so many circumstantial evidences which clearly indicate that Killer didn't come from outside.

they were in shock.. no everyone has same reaction to tragedy. some cry , some yell, some just freeze. arushi was killed and hemraj was nowhere to be found , what would u think ? and keys do get misplaced. if parent's could hv done this why they would leave hemraj body on roof ? they could hv easily moved it and dumped over night..

You are assuming so much about other people's emotion. They were crying after maid entered their house. Hemraj wasn't present so the Talwar in haste directly blamed hemraj and told the police to find him. Why do you think every people should start yelling after looking at dead body of their loved ones? Different People might show different reactions.

Arushi Father Killed her, bcoz she must be having affair with Hemraaz, and they were spending good time with each other, but suddenly her Dad or mom came across this event, so in Anger , Mr Talwar hit the Stick to Arushi and then he took Hemraaz on terrace where he killed Hemraaz. After that , their Daughter left her last breath, then Miss Talwar cleaned her vagina with cotton, and to show this a murder they made cut on Aarushi's body...

मैं भी पूरे दिन टीवी पर देखा करती थी,मुझे नूपुर तलवार को देखकर उसकी बातों से नहीं लगा कि वो किसी सदमे जैसे स्थिति में है। जिसके एक मात्र बेटी की हत्या हो गई हो वह इतनी सहनशीलता से सब कुछ बयां नही कर सकते, जैसे वो कर रही थी। कुछ तो है??

जी सही कह रहे हैं. आरुषि जैसी प्यारी बच्ची को अभी भी पूरा न्याय नहीं मिला है उस समय भी एक और परिवार.. और घर के दूसरे जो इनके निकट हैं...कई सबूत मिटाने की बात सामने आई थी. तथाकथित High profile... या किसी भी परिवार का कोई गहरा राज कोई बच्चा जान जाए तो उसे रास्ते से हुआ देते हैं. दो मुखौटे वाले लोग. समाज की एक कड़वी सच्चाई है..हेमराज की बॉडी नहीं मिलती तो उसे ही लोग गुनहगार समझते रहते आज तक.

If we believe whatever Dr.Dogra said then there are many loopholes which are confusing and need to be cleared first....... 1)If Khemraj was murdered on terrace and Aarushi was murdered in her room by this friend of Khemraj,,then from where the blood came on the steps leading to the terrace?? 2)If Aarushi knew that a friend has come to meet Khemraj at late night why did she not inform her parents?Obviously the friend is threat to her vanity. 3)Even if the friend thought that Aarushi is witness and comes to murder her she would have shouted loudly to alert parents and shouted for help. 4)Worst assumption is saying that the culprit friend drinking whiskey after the double murder.A murderer always runs away from the crime scene as soon as possible.He doesn't sit aramse to drink whiskey ,that too at the victims place. 5) When the maidservant came next morning ,she would have seen some blood stains at the entrance as the murderer left from entrance.But she didn't see any blood there.Only she saw Mrs Talwar coming at the entrance n telling that Khemraj is missing and locked the door.Dats why she throws the duplicate keys for the maidservant . 6)Why will murderer spend some more time in locking the Talwar couple in their own house?And how did he get the keys to lock them inside,he is a stranger to the keys,only Khemraj knew which keys are used where! Dogra being a Dictor,doesn't know the name of IVF,artificial insemination.The way he is telling about the prestigious grandparens and how Aarushi was a valuable child is obviously is to whitewash the Talwars All above questions need to be answered.

Why no one from outside could have killed arushi- 1. Body of Hemraj was on roof that was locked from inside. Only Servant of house or Family Members knows about where are Keys for roof. Also No one can jump roofs to go in and out of that Colony as it has one gate with watchman and then also lock stairs from inside. 2. The blood of hemraj had drag marks from terrace roof means body was dragged upstairs but whole blood till stairs and door of terrace was cleaned mostly. 3. Person has high intelligence to put body against ac exhaust so body decompose smell continuously flys away. 4. The cuts on neck made on Arushi was smaller in length uniform like professional and was put after her death from head injury. While hemraj died from longer uniform neck cut and was also hit. 5. Hemraj has Head injury at back side and Arushi had neck injury on from right side of head. And was hit with same object, suggesting Murder hitted Arushi and hemraj at same time but Arushi died and Hemraj must have went in shock or unconscious state. 6. To remove blood you need to have Required right material to clean evidence that not any normal person knows what to use. 7. The case was not of robbery but still Hemraj and Arushi’s mobile went missing. Why will someone take away their phones they aren’t worth anything. Only in case of those phones have some call records or data that can suspect suspicions you need to hide them. And if killer is from outside they wont call arushi but only hemraj so only Hemraj phone should have went missing. 8. If someones dear daughter dies you would work for her justice and well aware as doctor for crime scene evidence maintenance. You wont get house cleaned in 2 days with special solutions. You would go with police to make sure the process of catching Hemraj is expedited not just sit and wait until you already know he is dead too. 10. Interestingly there were two golf sticks in camera scene photographs but police had one in possession how would one golf stick missed as if grif stricken dad going in and out for investigation and jail was thinking to play golf? And he later on 2-3 years handed that stick to cbi! 11. The request of family members to forensic team to not to mention any assault if any is also strange as a family you would fight for your dead daughters justice as they didn’t know hemraj was dead till then considering he was alive. 12. Reports suggest her clothes were changed after death even innerwears and private ares were very well cleaned up- (this part not so sure though) So you all can draw the inference! I rest my case.

Mr Dogra sir didn't mention the biggest point that after Murder of Hemraj the roof gate was locked from inside. After few days of murder police came and opened the ROOF GATE from inside. FLAWS IN THE THEORY - 1. If that person killed someone on the terrace, why would he lock the balcony door. To hide? And left the Arushi's body in open? Naah .. person will only hide servent's body so people think he is the suspect because of his absence. 2. If my daughter is killed,.am ready to break all the doors of my house if needed. But family didn't let police to break the lock and tell them they r not finding the keys . 3. Arushi was next to her parents room. Little insights.. her room lock can be only open from inside or with key from outside which only parents have. Her room was locked. One person (even the known one) came, broke the door, killed arushi and arushi didn't scream at all..parents didn't even hear the lock breaking noices. Woww.. 4. This person is related and very well known to the family. He said that he knows tha grandfather of the arushi. Most probably chances are they are told to say this in public to save the reputation.

Forensic pathologist Tirath Das Dogra's reputation is tainted in this case due to his certificate not being accepted by CBI. Even in this interview, Dr. Dogra is more interested in building the case to absolve Arushi's parents than in giving any new information about the murder. This murder case exposed the incompetence of many investigators associated with this case as well as the press and other people, who damaged or tainted or destroyed the evidence by rushing to the murder location before the investigation authorities could secure the place. The only lesson to be learned by the common man is that parents must prioritize the welfare of their child over working late, partying, or earning more money. Those who cannot put their child's interest above their own have no right to bring a child into this world.

Don't know whether he is right or not. I had followed that case that time and being a Doctor it's difficult to digest these things told by Sir. First of all it was not a weapon like Khukri but a sharp weapon like Scalpel which is an Medical instrument. Second thing It was told that Rajesh was awake till half an hour before the time of murder and was using internet from Arushi's room. Third it is difficult to digest that a murder happens next to your room and you don't even know about it. And react to it in the morning when maid comes.

When ppl like Mr Dogra are being used to put blame on the dead, you know what the truth is. Besides all the points you made against the parents, there was no forced entry in the house. That makes it crystal care who did it. The parents cleaned all the evidence. And blame was put on the shoddy investigation. The media, judiciary and the state machinery was all hands in glove with the culprits. Dead cant speak, but those who are alive need to ensure that justice doesnt get lost.

One thing is sure, this case remained unsolved and justice was butchered due to media blunders. Even in 26/11 terrorist attack, it was due to media intervention that the police and army action took so long because media was showing it live and the handlers of the terrorists were giving them inputs from the live coverages only. It was 3rd day that government blocked live reporting of the 26/11 events. I remember that time, it was early 5 am in the morning in our tuition class. Sir was watching the news and one of my friend said "in atankwadiyo ko bhi toh pata chal raha hoga ki kya ho raha he TV mein dikha rahe hein sab". Aek 9th class ke bacche ko ye baat samajh mein aa gayi par media ke so called pade likhe journalists ko nahin. Some of these media personals are vultures. In name of TRP, national security and lives of people were put on stake. Sometimes media in this country is so irresponsible that any sin is undermined in the name of TRP. Same happened in the Arushi case. Poor Arushi ji and Hemraj ji. Media trials really need to stop. Same media is absent when lot of mishappeinings occur in this country. Pahle Rahul Gandhi ji se fursat nahin hoti thi, aur aaj kal Narendra Modi ji se. Ground level issues toh gayab hi ho chuke hein. Unemployment, inflation, economic crisis, education issues, women issues, caste atrocities, poor people, marginalized people, all are lost in the race of TRP. Lagta hi nahin ki is media ke liye gareeb aadmi desh ka hissa bhi he.

The movie was done to clear Talwar family from the case. See the rich doctor couple in U.P. can never be made accused until and unless they have something fishy to hide. They had enough money to give to police and CBI to put the blame on their servants. If they would not have had any role their name would have never come up. @@adarshverma2014 really is that so easy to buy CBI with money.... at first police had no clue who had killed her after they found the body of the servant they made an assumption that this could had happened and started probing her parent ..... although they have all the traces and evidences (on the basis of which forensic probe could be conducted) of murder but they let those destroyed... and preceded the investigation..... the police always do this on the basis of assumption without any evidence.... Why did the police or CBI did not able to prove them guilty.... even after being jailed over 6 months they were evicted...

Hello, both the victims throat was slit with surgical precision. And based on this theory the murderer had enough time to take the body to the servant quarters and lock the room besides cleaning the crime scene of blood and evidence. Finally the main door is also locked which was opened by the maid in the morning from outside when the house lady threw the keys from inside the house. Clearly the parents are the main suspects with motive. What this gentleman is making up some story which does not address the key questions. This was a good cover up by police.

There is one more much discussed fact that there were no signs of forced entry in the house. If someone from outside came, killed Hemraj and Arushi then why it was concluded as no forced entry by any outsider? Based on this fact itself CBI court delivered judgement that if the house was locked, no forced entry, 4 people in house and 2 are dead then people alive are responsible to prove their innocence. Ultimately, parents were sentenced with life imprisonment.

No forced entry, that’s what he said he was known to Hemraj and he came home to see him. Then they went on the terrace to talk. There’s an angle of Vijay Mandol being missing since a long time. I strongly feel he has to do something. Krishna and parents seem really innocent to me. I’ve been crazily studying it since 4 days now.

Were you not the person in AIIMS who gave fake certificate that ONLY khukhri could have made those cuts ... your certificate was not acceptable to CBI. Even if the loan master entered, cannot kill hemraj like that in someone's house based on an argument.Also it was not necessary to kill witness in such a way, whereas all doors locked from inside. I totally disagree with this officer's narrative. I have read many times that Aaroshi's neck was slit very cleanly by a surgical knife. Assuming that the servant had an altercation with the money lender then how come parents slept right through when so much had happened. The mother was calm, when the maid entered the house next morning and was told that Hemraj had killed Aaroshi. The only child was killed and parents didn't cry? Incredible!

This is his theory, that a friend of Hemraj had committed the murders. There was no evidence to prove that someone from outside had entered the house. Infact many of Hemraj friends were arrested and underwent the nacro test, but were released later. If there was a person who had given a loan to Hemraj, surely his friends would have known it. This case was botched up by the police who messed up the crime scene. The body of Hemraj was found the next day on the terrace in a wrapped up in a mattress (If I remember correctly)

I could agree more with this version of the story. It's clearly obvious that parents killed arushi whatsoever reason. And they got clean chit because of the high profile source. I'm also a doctor and I've a whole circle of fellow doctors who are super busy in their work but at the same time when it comes to their kids they aren't so ignorant to leave a young girl alone with a male house help. When the doctor has personal acquaintance with the main accused i.e. her parents, his opinions are bound to be partial. Opinions should only be taken from a third party who is not related to the victim or the accused and can give impartial information. I am sure Dr. is giving his opinion based on his experience but he does seem influenced by her parents.
