You can tell by the cameras like how they move into to rooms.(They walk into a random room with their camera rolling in the room their going in)You can also tell by how much time they say "I hear footsteps" or something like that. The person would already be in the room by the time they say that. Also, not trying to be rude or mean but you can also tell by their acting.
