I really feel for Sockie. It's rare that she ever gets to do something that she truly enjoys because she usually gets roped into whatever everyone else wants. This was finally her chance to do something she likes and she couldn't even enjoy it. I can tell she feels guilty for being excited while Sabre is obviously upset. It really sucks that Sabre doesn't see that Sockie will always sacrifice her own happiness for her. In this moment when it truly mattered to Sockie, Sabre couldn't do the same.

I have no idea how they can think Sabre is ready to live on her own. She needs her own space but she's in no way equipped to thrive on her own out in the world yet. Her parents have raised her to be completely dependant on other people. She breaks down at the slightest problem and panics over small every day things that people do. It's going to be a tough reality check if she does move out on her own right now.. and that's sad. Sabre seems like a wonderful girl with a great heart but it seems like her parents put a emphasis on making videos and not getting her ready for real life on her own outside of the family unit. Kids don't understand what a stiff learning curve it can be moving out on your own when you're unprepared. Unless they get her a live in assistant/maid/cook or the apartment is right next door to the family house I think she's going to have a bit of a rough go. also poor sockie

I feel bad for sockie. This is something she really loves to do and it was kind of ruined for her. She does so many activities that she doesn’t really like and always keeps a good spirit for the rest of the family. I’m impressed she didn’t get annoyed or sad, well done!

Sockie is a true trooper. It's so incredibly hard to be around someone who is consistently complaining, I know how much it can drain you to be around someone like that. Takes someone with a lot of strength to keep going even though someone else isn't having a good time.

I think it’s really not a bad idea for Sockie to look into scouting. There is a whole group of people there who love the outdoors and learning physically. As a 16 year old who adores hiking and camping scouts has just been fantastic, plus you make heaps of new friends there too

Sabre really showed her real personality in this video, I wish she could’ve understood that hiking made sockie happy and a few bug bites would be worth it. Tbh Sabre really couldn’t dare to even try and enjoy that moment, it’s hard to go on a trip or so with somebody complaining the whole time. The fact that Sabre is moving out scares me honestly, Sockie has gone over her fear of flying overseas for Sabre and she can't even walk up a 30 minute hike without crying. Sockie always does the shopping challenges and stuff without complaining even though she doesnt like it. Sabre was literally complaining about walking up a hill. Sabre, we all trust that you try your hardest to be a really nice person. However, sometimes it may come at the cost of your convenience, and that’s when you tend to step down. Sockie and the rest of your family are always catering to your interests, and it’s important to try to cater to their interests too. Sockie loves camping, and not being able to stay the night probably really disappointed her, but she still catered to your needs and went home. It’s not fair that this video was made about you and your emotions, but I do think you should try to make it up to Sockie by doing something SHE enjoys. I know you dislike hikes, but there are some hikes that only take 30 minutes to an hour, and I’m sure you could find one on the coast with beautiful views. I know we don’t see everything going on behind the scenes and you may be helping the family a lot in other ways, but it has felt like lately you’ve been casting Sockie to the side. I honestly don’t understand why Sabre can’t sleep one night in a tent for $1000. If I got presented with this opportunity, I’d do so much, but Sabre doesn’t realise how lucky she is to have an amazing life that anyone would wish for. I personally think she is overreacting about going on a small bush walk when lots of people have to walk home from school, don’t have cars or other forms of transport, and especially in worse conditions.

Sockie is probably my favourite, she is constantly bringing her siblings up, encouraging them and sacrifices sooo much for the others. I understand that Sabre didn't like it but Sockie has gone through literal flight phobias so that her sister could have luxurious getaways. And she never even complained, always had a smile on her face for the camera and her siblings and kept going silently for her sister. This is obviously a display of which siblings are used to always doing things they like and have never had to deal with going out of their comfort zone. This should be done again, in all fairness to Sockie, at least let her have ONE video where she has a genuine smile on her face and isn't just plastering one on for her family. I can't believe this what, like, 18 year old just had a temper tantrum because of the bugs and couldn't go on a damn walk in the woods for her sister- like take one for the team.

I really feel for Sockie. Most challenges they do aren't Sockie's thing, because they all involve shopping and true legends can tell she doesn't enjoy it as much as other NNs do. Sockie always participates in challenges happily even if they are not her "thing", she even conquered her biggest fear of flying overseas for Sabre's birthday. They keep saying they want their channel to reflect how normal they are, but that is not normal, normal siblings don't act like this. My older siblings who have gone through tremendous medical challenges have always made the effort to make me feel seen, heard and cared for even after they become adults and when they're unwell. Sockie 's the only one with these interests in her family and I bet that feels lonely sometimes, Sabre didn't need to make Sockie feel worse about being passionate about different things, especially when Sockie has put on a brave happy face to do things Sabre likes to do. Sokie is honestly the most humble and thoughtful Norris Nut. And Sabre is the most inconsiderate. Their is no need to cry on a hike u are the oldest off all the Norris nuts she should be someone they look up to but it would be hard to look up to her if she cannot simply walk up a hill (I understand that it was long )but if a 12 year old can do it with no complaintsI think an 18 year old should be able to do it.

I'm sorry but I nearly couldn't finish the video because of how annoying and selfish Sabre was being. Like, your parents are spending all of this money on, renting the campsite, petrol, food, and supplies, not to mention the $1000 prize, and she couldn't just shut her mouth for 24hrs and be supportive for her siblings, especially Sockie who was so thrilled to be doing this challenge, she was in her element for once, instead of always doing what Sabre wants to do, and all she could do was cry and be a main character pick me. Honestly shame on you Sabre, can't actually believe that you are the oldest, Sockie should still get a prize for trying and then giving in for her spoiled sister. Sabre, you just don't realise how lucky you are and all the sacrifices everyone around you makes just to please you. Extremely disappointing and pathetic!

It sucks that Sockie didn’t get to do what she’s passionate about. It seems like they always get to do what all the other kids want. Sabre I understand your fear of the bush but you really need to be more considerate! I went on a camping trip for three days only because my sister didn’t want to go alone. I kept a happy face most of the time but at some points I just needed a brake, But I didn’t make my sister take me back home I pushed on! Im a legend from ever since they have started and I've realized throughout seeing them grow that sockie takes mostly the part of being the big sister, i love saber to death and have nothing against her, she just had to at least stay stronger for sockie since she also faced one of her biggest fear just for their happiness. And I've also noticed that sockie that was always labeled as the responsible kid and used to be the one who edits everything before she taught her siblings to edit too, she is very selfless and puts her happiness at last and znd never complain even when they shop she ends up sometimes not getting what she wants bcs she feels guilty of the price and always just goes with what everyone wants. I hope she gets appreciated more and gets a chance to do what she wants and express herself as more, because it's rare for her to get to experience what she wants like this vlog. Sockie overcame her fear by travelling for Sabre and meanwhile Sabre threw a whole tantrum just for walking in the nature. Ever since she turned 18, things got a bit strange. I feel really bad for Sockie she tries her best making her siblings happy and all she wanted to do was walk in the outback. I live in Australia and to be honest its not even that bad. I believe Sockie should express her interest for nature more and make more challenges like this, it is entertaining in my opinion seeing the norris nuts do fun adventures. When they were hiking Biggy, Naz, Sockie and Justin were all holding a lot of things, Sabre was barely holding things and struggling to walk which was really weird. Please dont get offended this is my opinion and just trying to show what i think. By the way, I absolutely LOVE the norris nuts and been watching them for nearly 5 yrs so no hate to them AT ALL.

Sockie has done so much for Sabre and I feel like Sockie deserved to stay on her own as her teammate was uncomfortable. Sockie was so nice to give up for Sabre, you could tell that Sockie was enjoying it but cared more about her sister.❤

Let me get this straight, I am not intended to hurt Sabre’s feelings, but I feel like she is a bit immature here. First of all, I feel really bad for sockie. She just wants to do something that she enjoys for only 24 hours. She rarely gets the chance to do anything like this and the one time it happens, Sabre drags sockie out of it. Sabre needs to learn that not everyone enjoys painting nails, or going to the shops. I think that she could have at least try and be a bit positive toward something that her sister enjoys rather than just be negative the whole way, thinking that everyone is going to go along with your decision. Second, we all know that sockie has a fear of planes. But how many times, has she been on a plane and not complained about it. Sockie has sacrificed her own happiness for Sabre to be happy, and in this situation, it really sucks that she couldn’t do the same. I hope that sabre learns that not everything revolves around her and that she needs to learn to try and be happy for someone else even when she is not having the best time.

I 100% agree with most of these comments, sabre was acting like a child throwing a tantrum of bugs and going in the outdoors for what a day. When Sockie clearly wanted this and she faced her fears going overseas for sabre. Sabre is clearly not acting like an adult in this video. As well at the end of the vid when discussing wether to stay or leave sockie was being so appreciative of sabres opinion but sabre on the other hand didn’t once take into account how sockie was feeling.

In my opinion I don't think it's fair what biggy and naz did, They ruined their tent that they worked hard on and stole what it seems like their supplys. And I think its sad that sockie goes out of her way to face her fears and Sabre can't be bothered facing ONE fear for sockie 😐

It doesn’t always have to be about her all the time Sockie deserves to have some fun and enjoy what she likes doing 😊

To be honest, Sabre kind of ruined the whole thing. She was very negative throughout the whole video... Like, its okay if she's 'allergic to nature' but come on...u can't be that dramatic. Sockie would have easily won that challenge if Sabre would have just decided to put her fears a side and support her through it. Sabre was only thinking about herself throughout the whole video. Plus, as long as u keep speaking negatively about smth, you're never really going to see the positive side of it. I honestly feel bad for Sockie. I love Sabre but.. she could have done better
