That’s not a good sign bc nothing happens pre RJI. The request for judicial intervention is what gets a judge assigned to a case and schedules the preliminary conference where the court orders depositions and document exchanges. So that is pretty much what starts the case moving.

But my paralegal called me yesterday telling me that this guys cancel my EBT yesterday because supposedly they still dont have all my medical records 😢 my Question is.
