Personally, I love this song not only because 1) I love Venti 2) I love Len and Fukase or 3) I love all CircusP's songs, but because I understand it. I've seen Venti's story quest more than I care to mention, and the lyrics to the pv to the vocals hit hard

So what I think this is. If you didn’t unlock story quest, this is a spoiler. Please skip this comment if you don’t want spoilers! You need to be AR 36. Now in this case, you are helping Jack and Stanley. I’ll cut straight to the point. Stanley seems off before you leave the domain. He has stories of an adventurer carried on from the original Stanley. Original Stanley died, but the Stanley we know now (it’s revealed in the story quest but he still goes by Stanley anyways) is carrying original Stanley’s spirit with him. Venti has the similar situation where he’s someone else who died as well. But this is just Stanley’s part. Venti asks Fake Stanley hand the spirit of the dead Stanley. You know Fake Stanley is talking to himself strangely because he asks the real Stanley about what he should do. When Venti takes Stanley’s spirit, fake Stanley remembers who he is (aka his actual name). Fake Stanley is asking what about the last words of dead Stanley.

But they take so long to reply you’ll end up postponing any other release dates. And I’m pretty sure he has heavily punishments for violations. I love this video so much, I've cried a dozen times at this! I also love how throughout the video, it starts to move upwards and with the unknown bard's spirit there, it makes it even more touching as it looks like he's ascending whilst Venti stays behind as his friend's eyes.

Kinda spoilers Knowing the backstory of Venti and the Archon War in Mondshadt there are just so many references I can't help but notice. Like "What beauty may lie beyond these walls?'" "With a reason to fight the king would soon fall" "In a moment it came desires to see the clouds, the rain entire lands set free" it's just all so good, and that's only a little bit of it! The lyrics are honestly so good! I love this song so much! I'd suggest for everyone to read about it all, the best place to find it is the genshin wiki! Quick edit: I also believe when they are referring to the "King", they are referring to Decarabian, who was the Anemo Archon at the time and the lord of storms. He did rule over Mondshadt and tried to protect his people but gave them little to no freedom which lead the people to revolt against him. Again please try to read the history of Mondshadt yourself because I have seen people saying the song is about Venti's story quest but I more or less believe it's more about the history of Mondstadt because that little part was only in the end and not the entire story quest. I... I’m actually crying. This is so glorious, everything about it. The melody is heart wrenching yet comfortable, it truly shows off its soul. The beautiful lyrics wonderfully illustrate this story in my mind. The choice of Vocaloids is perfect. They’re tuned so well, they express true emotion here. (Btw the rest of this comment is kind of emotional so you don’t have to read the rest. For context of this next section, I am someone with depression, anxiety, and PTSD from relationships/friendships/abandonment.) I am someone who does not like to recall any of my past due to trauma and regret. I rarely ponder my future. Because if this I live my life in the current moment, at least to an extent because I suffer from maladaptive daydreaming. I rarely feel genuinely present in reality. It’s like my brain, heart, and vision is filled with TV static. But... While listening to this song, my heart had an interesting feeling... it was a unique mix of hard memories and good ones. Times of love and content, but also times of loss, times of sorrow. I started recalling my past, but not in the traumatic way I always have before. I didn’t feel like I was re-living the agony, I felt something unfamiliar. I strongly believe this feeling was acceptance. This song has opened my soul to feeling something I haven’t felt since I was small child, something I was unable to recall the sensation of until today... Alive. Thank you so much for this.

The thing that continues to amaze me about this song is that it's about a very specific point in teyvat's history, yet it continues to somehow... WORK for so many other parts of genshin. it's like the ripple effect that bard had was even bigger than anyone could have possibly seen coming, constantly reflected by venti's choice to wear his face. you did an AMAZING job, and i constantly come back to this thing in awe.
