Worst year of my life 2019 was.. Lost my girl no motivation ballooned up in weight I gained 4 stone of fat kept going out and drank kept saying I will start tomorrow but kept going out to the clubs drinking and eating shit...but in the absolute darkness and the heavy fog I found a small light and that was running the more I ran the more the darkness and mist cleared! Now I'm full of life and can't wait to live! I'm like a steam train now and I'm not going to stop for anyone I was a weak minded person now I'm alive.
Thanks to your last few videos I’ve started to make some progress. 5th day straight at the Gym today and already the positive mental effects of that are noticeable. Your still here, don’t give up...your still here don’t give up 💪🏻
Yeah last year wasn't a good one for me personally. Thought I had my shit together, but in reality it's never been so messed up. Over did it with the alcohol and other bad habits as well as not going to the gym anywhere near enough. Finished my night shift job just before Xmas which I should be sad about, but the job was a killer and didn't even pay well. On a more positive note I know what needs to change and what I need to do so I'm going to start really putting those things into focus and grinding.

I feel it is necessary for me to do so, ever since I’ve watched your 100 day transformation you’ve been a big inspiration to me. Not for the results but for the honesty that went behind it all. Life is full of unpleasant obstacles but you kept going. I’m on my 33rd day of the gym out of my 100 day paper I drew up the same way you did. It really does make a difference, much more grateful everyday to mark another one down following my purpose.
