I'm feeling a bit down this week, maybe because Golden Week is over, but maybe because I had fun... but let's get motivated!
I bought 2 weeks' worth of food at a cheap supermarket and got a recipe that costs 237 yen per meal☺️It's hard with the price increase, but if you have pre-seasoned frozen food that can be stored for a long time, you can save time and money without wasting ingredients✨It's getting hot, so we'll also introduce some cool and refreshing menus!
In the second half of this article, we'll introduce some easy ways to preserve vegetables with pre-seasoning and freezing, as well as some easy side dishes that you can make in 5 minutes before the main dish!

・Green onions 2/3, 1/8 daikon radish, 1 can of tomatoes (cut), 1 onion, 1 box of curry roux (we use Vermont mild curry), 4-5 bunches of chives, 1 carrot, yakisoba noodles for each person, 4-5 shiso leaves, 3-4 tomatoes, 1 can of tuna, pasta noodles for each person

・1kg chicken thighs・380g minced pork・10 baby scallops (1 pack)・10 peeled shrimp・2 slices of mackerel half
※The carrots, daikon radishes, and onions are leftover vegetables from this shopping trip, although they are excluded from the amounts of ingredients used in the side dishes and cut vegetables in the second half.
