That last tree needs more love. What constitutes love for a tree? Mulch with iron filings and some baking soda will provide heat for the roots in the winter. Also manure helps and lay it round thick, add leaves, sing songs, play games, recite riddles. Good luck.

The weather and the leaves sparsely hanging on are the same as yours, north of the Great Lakes Canada. We never know what kind of winter we'll get here so we handle the garden in much the same manner as you have done. You have a calm wonderful way of showing nature as our teacher more so than just an equal partner. It's so nice to see your videos.

Thank you for showing a new orchard. Recently, I had a chance to see videos in which two Belarusian young ladies talked in fluent Japanese.They are already in Japan for several years, and in the video, visited a mountainous village in Japan. they were amazed to find that on a steep land, having a view of the ocean with the mountains in their back, Japanese grow citrus. trees. Oranges grown with a constant sea breeze will taste sweeter. The scenery is so different from Belarus where, theysay, are all flat. Still I like the scenery of the lake through a clump pf trees with most of the leaves gone. Thank you for the video, and hope you will have a peaceful winter. Take care.

Another great video. In North Queensland Australia we are just ending Spring and coming into Summer. The wet season is coming. I have bananas growing in my backyard as opposed to apples. There is a tropical apple called the paradise apple that will grow in the Tropics. There is a tree growing out the back of my work. Nothing much grows over Summer here so I just go with Okra, Rosellas and mostly pumpkin based plants will go okay if you can keep the water up in the heat. My wicking bed is growing off the charts. My corn stalks threw 4 cobs and two of them are good and the smaller cobs are baby corn for stir fry. At the peak I was picking 8 cucumbers a day, this was for 2 days off one vine but I have so many cucumbers that I am giving them away and just frying them to eat like I would zuchinnis. This is only from one third of the bed. When plants can take the water they need to go really well. The wicking bed is just like an pool of water under the soil that wicks up through the sand it really works and doesn't need the constant watering.

This is wonderful love to see you work and how all of this growth is done so very well I know I coudn't do this however I have always enjoyed the idea of the farm and seeing plants grow amazing (The sun off in the distance was wonderful too)

Hi Katsiaryna, Thank you for your update, very interesting to hear what you have been up to. We are having a mild November here too on the coast but our prairies are getting snow. In our greenhouse we have planted Arctic kale, and Siberian Kale and it's growing quite well. We have garlic planted too and I'd like to see if it has sprouted too like yours. It looks like you have a little woods next to your garden land, are you able to harvest anything in there or collect firewood? It seems like it would be fun to get some berry patches started where ever there was a sunny enough, out of the way location... I live on a rough little strip of "greenbelt" and some 30 years ago I transplanted some raspberry sprouts from a neighbors patch out there and now there's a large patch that many people harvest from, I've also planted and nurtured plum, apple, peach, cherry, and many other non fruit type trees over a .5 km stretch. What was once an eyesore is now one of the more beautiful and peaceful 'secret' locations in the city... Love what you do and enjoy your beautiful videos.
