To win a bond, leave your #1 mid game tip with your RSN. Comment with the highest number of likes in 24 hours wins :). ALSO! Quick correction, you need 90 Construction as you can't use the Crystal Saw for the Spirit Tree+Ring! Thanks to Tykras for the reminder. ALSO ALSO: Graphic says base 50s when it would be base 80s-90s. Editing mistake.
One thing that helps build up experience overtime is to bring double the amount of supplies for daily activities, such as birdhouses and farm runs. Then do the activity before you're about to log out. Once you log back in, run it in reverse. This is an easy and quick way to get experience and not get burnt out from doing the dailies all the time.
So happy to be here so early. I absolutely love your videos and I was so excited for this one! I haven't played in 2 months now and I'm so ready to come back so this video will help give me a GREAT starting point
if u come to late game start doing random things in between like star hunting/clues/ random collection log item/diary reqs or something else u enjoy doing but late game is full of large grinds try to break them up so u dont burn out
My tip would to start doing raids. You can make great gp/hr doing them. Plus they are alot of fun and challenging. Also start your attempts at the inferno for the best in slot cape.
My 'late game goal' is.... GET AN ALT! After lvl 70-75, skills are a lot slower. Personally having an ALT gave me a lot more motivation to keep grinding skills towards higher levels. For example: Fishing on one account is quite boring, but fishing on one while training slayer is (for me) the right amount of intensity to keep it interesting. Plus you can later use that alt as a money maker!
If you gotta play multiple instances of osrs at the same time to stay interested I’m of the firm opinion you should probably take a break or slow down a bit. Easy to forget in this community that it’s a game.
@@AMediumSizedKodiak you shit on him for being good at the game? and if he plays less than you? keep your assumptions and opinions in your free to play worlds
Late game goal should be getting 95 Slayer to unlock the best/easiest/safest singles Money making Boss in the game to fund all your gearing needs. It also unlocks a lot of other Bosses and Monsters to kill increasing the variety and staving off boredom and burn-out which is crucial if you want to play for a long time.
My late game goal/tip: Try every boss at least once. You might discover a fun money maker or get spooned somewhere! Edit: Bonus points if you get yourself on most boss highscores :)
Or even better. Get every boss ranked, for most bosses you need 50kc. Which is a nice amount to get used to the boss, but not too many to make it too much of a grind.
Late Game: Fremmy Exiles for Neitiznot Faceguard and Dragon Slayer 2 for Ava’s Assembler. Basically two late quests for final DPS upgrade for Melee and Range. Keep it up Kaoz! Rsn: Tippar
My tip for late game is join a clan! Being able to have a group of people to talk to that are around/above your level of experience is a good source of motivation to keep grinding. It's also a really easy way to get tips for skilling or PvM that may be obscure or hard to find anywhere else. Plus, you can make friends to raid/boss with so you don't have to learn all the sweaty solo methods... unless you're an ironman 😉
The spirit tree and fairy ring you need 83+ farming. Really all you need is 84 con for the pool , jewel box , mage switch alter and nexus. Also if you did hard Wildy diary having a obelisk in your house is helpful for clues or anything else you need to do in the wild. You can teleport directly to whatever spot you want
the crystal saw doesn't work for the spirit tree combo as far as I am aware - the saw doesn't work for garden items :/ so you would need 90 construction In terms of the number 5 priority, I am a big fan of the collection items, like the herb sack, rune pouch, and gem bag (and seed box if you are feeling up to tithe farm). they are super handy! The ash sanctifier is a good pairing item with the bone crusher now that some of the slayer monsters drop ashes that can be scattered for more cheap prayer xp
id recommend 90 herb for raids, just came in handy yesterday when i went in with some other learners (including myself) and 90 herb came in clutch for overloads.
On top of this if you don’t have 90 herb, go ahead and make sure you have Tekton or Muttadile in your raid, as those two rooms drop Overload (+)’s. Vanguards also drop them, but Vanguards are not ideal for learners.
Number 4 should be bonecrusher, Ashe sanctified and ectoplasmator. This three items serve the same purpose but for regular monsters that drop bones, demons that drop ashes and spectres respectively.
Even just 83-84 con is great, save the 20-30mil or so for other things and get 90 later for the combo, set up 2 gardens and have the tree and ring separate, remember if you are losing ticks by having to travel father in your poh you can just move rooms to save time if you think the extra garden will bother you a lot during a grind.
One goal that I think is important would be.. Having the highest access to all the daily money makers. These things take little to no time once you have worked for them and can make you a lot of gp so you can focus on other aspects of the game. Herb run efficiency and more than one run a day, herb boxes from nmz, battlestaves from zaff, kingdom of miscelania. Doing all these things takes little to no time per day and can help you maintain a bond. Stressing about bond upkeep instead of enjoying the game has been a huge thing for me and my RuneScape experience and once you put time into the quests/diaries for these daily things it’s just free money after that.
Late Game Goal: Spent time where you are not optimizing efficiency. Waste some gold to kill noobs at soul wars, wear a unicorn helmet while on a slayer task, have some fun at barbarian assault. Scapers are pros at being efficient and it takes the fun and creativity out of the game. Be inefficient once in a while and have some fun.
Reiterating your farming comment: Get the cape ASAP. Most people say that 1) crafting cape is good because it's close to a bank and 2) quest cape is good for easy access to faiy ring. However I find the farming cape better as I have unlimited teleports to the guild and it's
My end game goal: was decided when i was at 110cb an i had base 60 stats an i wanted base 80's an all quest completed! WOW was that a grind just in rc alone! But i achieved my goal! now im working towards elite diarys with stews! RSN: Nite Bear
Don t rush. Take your time for everything, do things your way because otherwise you ll get burned out. This is very important so you won t get bored of the game and you ll always enjoy it. Have fun everyone
I think a good tip is to get the sets which boost your exp gains such as angler outfit, prospector outfit etc may seem like a small boost but definitely makes a difference towards the last 20 levels or so. Also full graceful! RSN - TinyRickYo
When trying to get yourself a mage arena 2 cape, bring armor that will decrease your magic attack to -60, as the arena is a single combat area, you will not get attacked by a PKer as you will splash all of your attacks on a mage not killing him in the process. A lot of people think that getting the cape is very dangerous, but if you use this method the only time you can get PKed is when you leave the arena
Late game tip: Getting the skilling outfits, helps XP rates for getting those 99’s!! Very simple things to get but a lot of people overlook the xp boost. It long run it cuts out so many hrs in the grind! RSN:Mr Moldybutt
I recommend going for an afk 99 to start getting into alting or just something that can make you gp on the side like flipping. Or if you want alot of gp for bis gear then id recommend getting into services like boosting bosses, slayer help,...etc.
When going for 99 runecrafting, do not do soul runes if you need money. Doing soul runes from 90-99 will lose you 100m+, but it will save you 40+ hours of getting to 99. Doing bloods will net you over 200m+ gp once you reach 99 runecrafting from 77.
What if they had something like call of duty zombies on rs, like a mini game. And buliding barracades and stuff would give decent construction. And maybe implement a few other skills. As alt skilling methods.
For my challenge account, the house stuff is impossible. I can do 2 and 3, not 4, what would be 11 is impossible. No shops stop diaries for me as I need to access a shop in I believe all of them for easy diary, but maybe not wilderness. I say actual late game goal, Max Cape and for UIM, all of the storage you have access to in your house being fully upgraded.
I have no tips because i never reached late game. But my goal is to get to the Song of the Elves and do things like Zalcano etc. But i'm personally at begin state of the game but i'm nearing the 1k total level
Late Game Goal: Getting void and upgrading it to elite void. Diary achievement to unlock ability to get elite void, as well as better DPS in certain instances, and a beginning way to learn tribrid switches.
i think the best goal to reach in runescape is to make some friends :) for real though, i have played (old school) since 2015 & have 3 people on my friends list. only one of whom still login. no clan or anything, it is lonely :(
All I have left are a couple elite diaries then maxing. :( I went out of the way to get white CW armor for my house and a giant shark but running out of side stuff to do lol
Mid level tip: Get to 90 thieving ASAP and steal from Elves for great money stealing enhanced teleport seeds w rogue outfit, dodgy necklace and new zeah spell.
You'd need to get 90 construction for the Spirit Tree/Ring as you don't use a saw to build that, so the Crystal Saw doesn't give you the +3 boost. Also, there's not really any reason to get 90 construction just for that anyway, since you can just build a second superior garden and put the ring in one and the tree in the other.
Could you do a guide on wild diaries? I'm on the late hard and early elite parts, but can't get the boss kills due to pkrs mostly. Also due to lack of knowledge on these bosses.
My late game tip is know when youre safe or not and always mind what you are risking on pvp worlds, in wildy, or going bossing. Last week I lost 10m by forgetting I was on a pvp world in lumby basement and lost my mining pet at vorkath because I forgot he was following me :( PROTECT YOUR HARD WORK. rsn: dumbass hick
That's a big grind for a teleport perk. I've literally never run out of rings of duelling (or supplies to make those) to teleport to CW lobby for a very close bank, or Ferox enclave if I need to restore my stats too.
Don't focus on gp or max efficiency at all times. Set goals, have fun and afk all the way for me personally. When you put less energy into your training you can play for longer periods of time therefore being more efficient if that makes sense. And lastly get your quests done! Don't be the guy with rune gloves post lv 110
Do your clue scrolls. Make an iron man even as an alt at first. Don’t use noob gear, look at BIS gear and use the best you can afford. Get a fighter torso and D defender. Play on mobile for long afk grinds.
As a new endgame account I would recommend investing even more heavily into skills and diaries that help you in the long run. You've made it this far so likely will make a lot of use of many of the rewards over time. For example train smithing to make an addy plate for lumby elite that allows you to ditch dramen staff and unlock high alchs for the explorers ring. Unlock rigour and chin to 90 ranged to reach the last extra potion boost before killing bosses in mass.
Bonus: re-evaluate your skilling methods to better fit your goals and resources. Chopping yews for afk? it's pocket change by now so chop sulliucep for vastly better xp. Need fishing for a diary? switch that afk wc to barbarian fishing. You can kill Vorkath now for 2m/h instead of making steel bars at blast furnace for 1m? Now you can :save: time training with some more expensive but faster skilling methods.
What about what should a mid to late game account do for money I only have 85, range and I can't afford a dhcb to kill vork so I am getting 4min kills what should I do.
