Not sure but some of the fish identification seemed to be off? The Pumpkinseed didn't look like a Pumpkinseed etc...Maybe it was just what I seen in this video and could be wrong.

Fished summer gills on loon lake near Detroit Lakes a few years back some of the best gill fishing numbers and size I have encountered.

Just so everyone knows don’t actually hug the pole they won’t bite it for nothing just move your rod up and down in all sorts of depth range super slowly they’ll only hit that

No plans for the Detroit this year but Erie is a distinct possibility.

If I'm not mistaken, the hybrids are sterile. Might have been a different story of they were catching pure green sunfish. But they dont get hardly big enough to eat

Pat McSharry it was a hybrid for sure, but green sunfish have a larger mouth than other sunfish/bluegill and have blue lines or “worm tracks” on their cheeks
