Limmys American accent pleases me so much.

I googled the budget and apparently it was shot for less than 2 million dollars. If you have to go frame and frame to over analyse the special effects I'd say you're just being an absolute roaster. I honestly don't know what Limmy wants from movies as he's criticised movies for being too real with their special effects and now it seems they're not real enough in this movie. Only noticeable when you go frame by frame as well 😂😂😂

Looks like BBC's 1992 Halloween special Ghostwatch, remade in the 70s style of the recent Joker movie.

Can't wait to see this after hearing the interview with David Dastmalchian on Last Podcast On the Left.

I remember seeing a "halo" to one side or the other of a person on TV, in the 80s when we had an aerial on the roof of the house, and trees blocking the signal. It was called ghosting at the time. "Is the picture good, or is there a ghost?" dad used to say, as he fiddled with the aerial, up a ladder, trying to get a good signal.

Anyone who is actually interested in watching this film and have not yet finished this video/ seen the trailer - stop watching now to avoid spoilers, it gives too much away. I saw it tonight, it was actually really good.

The film is the way it wants to be, and since they show a shot of the camera in the trailer it is not meant to be perceived as filmed with 1977 TV cameras. It is just a look, which more resembles 1970's horror films.
