This year we have had a mild fall with no frost yet through late November. The lawn still has lots of green while compared to prior years, the lawn was totally dormant by this late in the season. At this time of the season, I mow with my rotary mower to mow up the tree leaves, but I'll mow one last time with the reel mower to give the lawn a nice clean final cut for the season, and to run the gas out of the engine.
