Pisses me off that they discontinued the boardwalk. Victory has made two bikes that I really, really, liked. The Touring Cruiser Deluxe which was discontinued in 06 but still has a cult like following, and the Boardwalk which was discontinued in 14 after only two model years. Your bike sounds better than I remembered. Must have a new set of pipes on it.
