Hi A. Payne, congratulations on your pregnancy! Unfortunately I don’t have any online workout video for prenatal as it does require specific movements for each individual in each phase of pregnancy. Please check with your doctor before you doing any online workout for it :)
I've never tried Pilates. I'm very fit doing HIIT workouts with weights but I feel my likes aren't toning up or getting lean. I always thought u needed weights when working legs. A trainer said avoid squats and lunges. Would Pilates be better?? My cardio is more kickboxing now.
Hi Dannie, Pilates definitely helps with achieving toned lean legs, my suggestion is doing it without weights or using light ankle weights with lying down position. Squat or lunges target your booty muscles when you do it right, and only doing them can not give you the wanted result. My workouts designed for legs/ booty in general work all the muscles around your legs/ booty, not just one single part. And so, doing it consistently will work. I hope my answer helps. @@MovingMangoPilates amazing ..thank u so much. I find in a lot of the HIIT workouts or cardio, there's a lot of lunges and squats and not enough of anything else to help lean the legs. How often can I work on my legs to see results without bulking? I also felt like i had to burn major calories to look lean, does Pilates cardio lean u out even if it's not crazy intense? I appreciate the help!!! ☺️♥️♥️♥️♥️
