I haz no reference for Harvey Weinstein. The closest reference that comes to mind is Jesus challenging the Pharisees on the knowledge they have. But I can't make the connection. Why were the Pharisees really upset with Jesus?

What? No, the prosecution decided to follow mob justice and not correctly prosecute him. This protects innocent people, as it should. Your outrage should be at the judge who was incompetant and f'd up. He failed the justice system and could allow a monster to go free.
