So this dance off is not really a competition. As you noticed based on the outfit, there was a partnership between the older and younger kids who had presented a choreographed dance as part of the competition. This was just a fun segment during the show

efra talking about dislocating his knee once and how he doesn't squat anymore was so funny and relatable cause i have patellar subluxation since 7th grade so basically my knee dislocates randomly, happened 7-8 times by now so i walk very carefully but i also dislocated it again while squatting few years ago and stopped squatting not that it helped tho cause it dislocated again while walking a few days ago 💀 i don't even go to the doctors anymore, just put it back myself and lay down for a day max and then start doing normal activities next day, it feels uncomfortable and painful for a few weeks and then I'm good
