@@reputationxera of course it's a form of dance. There are all sorts of dance. Belly dancing started as a coming of age ritual to show being ready for fertility. And then developed in last century as a cabaret dance and now can be said to be the dance of asserting one's sexuality. At one point dancers are not only using their breasts as a prop, but even cares them with fingers. However, if you prefer to pretend that it has no sexual overtone then it's up to you.

Good dancers? These are amazing dancers. The moves and dancing styles they did are extremely difficult and requires a lot of training and skills. Not everyone can do what they did. You might personally prefer indian classical dance more but you cannot compare different forms of dance. Each requires its own skillset and a unique kind of agility and training and each is beautiful in its own way. We cannot say this or that is better because they are so widely different. You can definitely say you like one more than the other because that is a personal preference but do not say it like a universal fact as it is extremely disrespectful to other dance forms and their highly skilled dancers.
