This is the best video demonstrating milk frothing for latte art. We can clearly see what you’re doing. Thank you! ☕️

Thank you! I have two recent videos recorded with nanofoamer from top view and slightly closer! Hope that helps a bit with understanding how the aeration part and blending part works! 😉

Me three lol. My guess is either the machine isn’t strong enough to break apart the bubbles, or you are holding it too far up. Its a struggle

@@mauricioescobar2648 ive this issue as well. Im sure its cuz of the (cheap) frother. It will never do the same job as a professional one from a coffee machine i guess

Hi...why is my milk foaming only on the top?
@andyb619
@andyb619 6 месяцев назад
Maybe your pitcher is too big. To properly incorporate the micro foam into the milk, it needs to spin and the nanofoamer has only three volts of power (2xAA) to achieve that. I’m having a similar problem. I need to find a 300ml pitcher rather than my 650 pitcher).

Nice vid. Yours is the only one without all the talking and only the sound of the Nanomfoamer. Got mine yesterday and still struggling to get the foam, seems like battery problem cuz when i move my foamer to side after aerate, it spin so slow like almost stopped. Gotta fix that.
@Milkscribbler
@Milkscribbler 3 года назад
Thank you! Yes, make sure the battery is fully charged! I find that with full power, you can even texture oat milk to a workable state for latte art with the nanofoamer. Definitely a good gadget. :)

I have found it. The perfect method with a hand wisk. First make sure your wisk batteries are not running down. After warming the milk place your 200-250 mL into your 600 mL pitcher. Tilt your at around 30 degrees angle

Why do you transfer the milk to another jug before pouring it? The one you used for frothing has the same shape.

Thank you - what does it mean if my foam bubbles are too big? Also do you have into pour it somewhere else first? I microwave in cup and transfer to the pouring jug where I foam it
@Milkscribbler
@Milkscribbler 3 года назад
Hi! If you still see foam bubbles then you need more mixing. Like a blender, keep it running for longer so the bubbles become smaller gradually. I pre-heated the milk in a separate container in the microwave.

Hi can u give measurements for the coffee espresso base using instant coffee.?
@Milkscribbler

Hi! It was a chocolate base. I don’t remember the exact measurements but I might have used quite some unsweetened dark cocoa powder and sweet choco powder dissolved in hot water 🤔

Whenever I move my NanoFoamer to the side, I seem to lose the vortex. Any idea what I’m doing wrong? I end up not getting dense enough foam to create the latte art. It all just blends in with the hot cocoa base.
@Milkscribbler
@Milkscribbler 3 года назад
Hmm.. if you lose the vortex, the foam quality will not be ideal for latte art. Did you try keeping the NanoFoamer under an angle? You can always move slightly more to the sides to find that vortex again. And when you find the vortex just keep that position and let the foamer mix in all the air bubbles. Another thing is to try keeping the cocoa base recipe consistent just to make sure you don’t change too many variable at a time.

i have one but it stops after few seconds and it hurts to hold the power button. any tips?
@Milkscribbler
@Milkscribbler 3 года назад
That’s indeed strange. It’s not supposed to stop if you hold down the power button. Maybe check the batteries? As for the button, I did see someone modding the internals to make it easier for pressing it down. Highly recommend joining the “NanoFoamer for homebaristas” facebook group. Lots of tips from NanoFoamer users :)

Hello. Have you ever had an issue where the milk doesn't get thick enough? Not enough foam? I bought this device but it's always so thin. Extending the initial phase more and more doesn't seem to help :(. Using properly heated whole milk. Maybe doing it too long does the opposite? Maybe the issue is in the integration? Too much milk? Can't figure it out :(.

mine gets way too foamy ☹️ is a frother the same as a nanofoamer?
@Milkscribbler
@Milkscribbler 3 года назад
Regular frother is unfortunately not the same. It’s usually less powerful and there is no specific mesh/screen designed to break down air bubbles. I have used it in the past and the foam was rough with visible bubbles. Great for cappuccino but not for latte art.

Thanks for this! May I ask what is the reason you use two jugs? One for nano foamer and One for pouring?
@Milkscribbler
@Milkscribbler 3 года назад
Hi! Yes of course! I used the smaller silver jug for NanoFoamer milk texturing because it swirls easier due to the smaller diameter. And the larger jug provides better control for pouring due to its professional design and size. :)
