Good observation! Actually it’s just the nature of these Nuova Simonelli Espresso machines. They have amazing steam pressure along with 4-hole steam tips. Gets the job done fast. So it’s pretty normal to steam a pitcher of milk to the point where the pitcher is too hot to hold within 15-20 seconds. It’s actually very easy to scald the milk if I’m not paying attention 😂 Thanks for watching!
