since the barrel of the Laugo Alien pistol has such a low bore axis, when the suppressor is mounted, it doesn't block the iron sight. Great!

Would be nice to see that slowmo with a higher frame rate. Its nice to see some more, but i feel we're missing a lot with all the frames not captured. That said, as an alien owner myself, always cool to see others giving it some press, including suppressed!

Absolutely amazing pistol! It’s the first time I’ve seen it suppressed and it ran great from the looks of it. Any blowback in the face when suppressed?

I would theorize that the fixed barrel with the "self-regulating" gas system helps minimize the blowback. Based on the intended use this is an awesome bonus benefit for this design!

@@KnifeCursed Because of the fixed barrel I believe you could basically make it into something similar to the Maxim9 integrally suppressed pistol. It would be a bit longer of course, but the result should be awesome! Fischer Development also has a frame mounted suppressor that is similar in concept to some ideas I've been working on myself.

Thanks for watching our channel. As far as I know the suppressor is not a limited edition. The barrel for the suppressor is upgraded.

Watching the 1000 times slower was fascinating. Using the "iron sights," in order to get the sight picture, his arms are high. The information so far on the Laugo Arms is that the barrel is low, so the recoil is supposed to be better because the force is pressed back into the hands instead of up. However, using the "iron sights" the shooter is forced to have his arms high which is exaggerating the kick. I'm mentioning this because "Forgotten Weapons" did a review (non-shooting, the range is supposed to drop today in fact), and he was saying that the Red Dot sight was high on the gun. But if shooting through the red dot, the shooters arms would be straighter (more parallel to the ground) and the recoil would be more likely to be transferred straight back, rather than making the arms move up. This, theoretically would result in faster re-acquisition of target....right? (Sorry if this isn't making sense. Does anyone know what I'm saying and can explain it better?) .

@@TRISKEL.ACADEMY I'm referring to the entire 1000 times slowed down section. The question is, if you were using a red-dot, instead of Iron Sights, wouldn't that raise the "sight picture" allowing the shooter to keep their arms more parallel to the ground, taking advantage of the weapons improved recoil properties, ie pushing the gun more back instead of up, allowing for even faster re-acquisition..... (Sorry, I'm a disabled grandmother and sometimes have trouble communicating.....)

Since it has a fixed barrel, would a 3-lug mount be more effective than threads?

I don't think "more effective" but would be as effective and quicker mounting. That's the whole point of a 3lug, quick attach and removal. Direct thread is a more solid attachment method, but takes longer to do. Also, a 3 lug adapter adds length, so pros and cons. As an owner of an Alien and a few 3-Lug firearms, that's my perspective.

$5k for a pistol just isn't in my budget.

Just throwing this out there because I feel it is glossed over, but the 5k includes the whole kit not just the pistol. It is still a lot of money, but you get a bit more for your money than just the pistol.

Agreed. But from what I understand this is intended for competition shooters so their market is people who really invest a lot of time and money into the sport. It will also be cool to see other manufactures try and emulate this design. This gun has some great technology and design elements that will make great improvements to handguns in general.

@@illiteratebrian1707 I'm not a competitive shooter, but i bought one simply because it is such a unique, and beautiful piece of engineering. I haven't shot it yet, but i plan to do so and maybe join the competitive community at some point.

My suggestion lands at: If the english accent is so thick and deplorable.. Maybe you should make the video in your native tongue and put in english subtitles in post... There are already thousand reviews in english. How many are there in your language??
