For dough:
Wheat flour 2 cups
Besan ½ cup
Ajwain ½ tsp
Chilli flakes ½ tsp
Blackpepper powder ¼ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lauki juice
Water as required
Oil 2 tsp
For stuffing:
Lauki 1 pc
Salt ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Onion sliced 1 pc
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Green chilli chopped ½ tbsp
Ginger chopped ½ tbsp
Dry anardana powder 1 tbsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Tomato Anardana chutney:
Garlic 8-9 cloves
Coriander leaves a handful
Roasted green chilli 2 pcs
Dry anardana 1 tbsp
Few splashes of water
Roasted Tomato 2 pc
Salt ½ tsp
