I can't tell what buttons you're pushing and you're moving too fast I can't keep up and is there no sound? It would be useful if you could just say what buttons you were pushing and what steps you are taking.
I tried somewhat the same procedure as this. On my Topdon ArtiDiag600, same software, I had similar issues. What I did was, I absolutely spammed the hell out of the clear cache button. Then went back to the upgrade button, where it still said "no serial number", then spammed the clear cache button once again and then the upgrade worked. Hope it helps.
I'm having the same problem. Cleared the cache, checked for update, no system updates are available. Boot and download say unknown. And this all started happening after an update.
I’m having the same issues with mine. Started after update, and had invested well over $100 in additional features. No Go on customer service in the states. Got a email stating it’s a overseas product and their website is in their language.

On a CRP 129E, I accidently forced stopped the main software, now it doesn't work properly. How to you factory reset the software? I tried the recovery option in settings, but that only resets user data. It does not reset the software.
