Please for the love of god keep the party numbers for ranked, I want to be able to play with friends and I'll gladly take longer queues. It's totally fair to be only queued against parties
The no restrictions for a party opens the door for coaching opportunities where the coach plays a ranked game with you. Gives opportunities for content creators to make some cash without heavily risking their rank.
What are the NIVIDA settings you changed? You mentioned early on how important it was to change the NVIDIA settings, but then hide your settings behind you eating food.
Kurt, do you think the dedicated starter item slot will maybe justify upping the general health across all gods again or should it just be left as is? I'm not sure if the difference in how scaling/damage works in smite 2 versus 1 affects this at all
Totally share Weak3n’s thoughts on SR. Always bothered me when players consistently underperform in ranked, they get called out for it, and the first thing they pull out of their “deck of achievements” is that they got Masters in X season. Yet when you actually take second to review their stats, they are often closer to what a Gold or even Plat players might look like. That’s not to mention the seasons where Hi-Rez never closed out ranked and a lot of the more competitive or even better players stopped playing; making it super easy for sub-par players to achieve Masters or above just by playing like Weak3n stated.
Love Mordred so far just based off looks, he looks super fun which I haven’t had in a new god since Surtr so Year 10 but I only really play Merlin with some Morgan Le Fay, King Arthur and Surtr thrown in every now and then (Pele and Lancelot for Jungle my original main role, Ishtar for carry my worst role then Fafnir and Ares for support my least preferred role). More the 2 warriors than Morgan as when I get solo my 2nd role when I don’t get my main role mid which means no Merlin (or if I want a change from Merlin I go Morgan). So while I wait for mostly my main Merlin but waiting for all mentioned gods Merlin, Morgan, King Arthur and Surtr I’ll happily main and play Mordred if I can’t play, Insta lock or get the role viable for him I atleast have Ares, Sol and Zeus aswell hat atleast for me are playable/viable back ups. Super keen for Smite 2
i hope they fix the weird lagginess with certain gods like Terra and Tyr. Tyr isnt as bad anymore but Terra is still horrible. its this weird framiness when you use their abilities
Idk if you’re talking about the same thing but, and especially on higher ping, when you use either of Tyr’s dashes there’s a lot of choppiness in the animation. It feels “stuttery” that seems as if it’s caused by a combination of factors including: ping, ability cast direction, and even camera movement during cast.
They said they would let us upgrade the level of our founders pack but the game comes out in 5 days so I feel like they're not fixin' to give us much time to do so, unless I've completely missed how to do it
the game doesn't release in 5 days that is a closed alpha and you will be able to upgrade it during the whole closed alpha until the game actually becomes public to people
You answered your own question. If they are 2 different accounts, the individual accounts will have their separate legacy gems. If you used the same account, but merged from xbox to ps, then yes, you will have legacy gems from both.
Cross progression doesn't work between consoles (I don't think - Meaning Playstation to Xbox or vice versa). It does however work from Xbox to PC. It's a Playstation (Sony) problem not Hirez.
i got you bro you search for nvidia control panel, then when it opens from the subheadings on the left under display you go adjust desktop colour settings then in that you go "digital vibrance" its a slider and you adjust it to whatever colour settings you like the higher the vibrance the more colourful it is
Games need to take a book out of vals rank system. In val if I’m slamming b2b2b games in bronze they’ll skip me out of silver straight to gold. If I drop 40 kills and lose I’ll only lose 5 mmr instead of thr typically 20-30. In smite, if I get b2b2b 15+ kill games in the jg w high dmg etc I should be flying thru ranks and the SR should NOT be consistent. Same thing if I lose, if I am farming kids and just getting team diffed I shouldn’t lose much SR. Ik people are going to say smite is more than just kills but that really only applies to the top ranks.
Anyone know if they are leaving smite 1 skins behind or adding them later ?I might comeback to smite 2 started season 3 stopped months around transformers update .
@@crystal_lord_7213no. That's the release date for the closed 24/7 Alpha. You need a founders edition for access to it. Otherwise you'll have to wait for the free to play release sometime later
@@crystal_lord_7213 no the 27th is still the closed Alpha not the beta or full game, so it is 24/7 and permanently there but you still need the founders edition to play it or you wont be able to until it actually releases
Damage output being restricted to one type is absolutely garbage. I can't believe they regressed on that. It destroys depth, strategy and skill expression. Smite 2 is creeping closer and closer to just being a better looking Smite 1. I'm so frustrated and sad.
@@robertkrueger355 Then why announce it with a completely new stat and item system, with gods dealing both dmg types? For it all to be reduced in complexity and depth each patch.
Look at her passive's icon. See the green dots? Those are her 2 charges, she has three. So if you manage your shots we'll you'll be able to hit 9 consecutive explosive bolts in a row though it's often better to just use 3 or 6
Buffs to tank dmg sounds like cringe nightmare fuel TBH... nothing is more fun then watching tanks and warriors ungga bungga run at you and not being able to fight them at all till late is SO much fun.. not to mention uninteresting. I hope that it doesn't become that again.
i think this is balanced by all pen being percent and not having a 40% cap anymore. Carry's can destroy tanks in the flash tests if you build to counter them. Dev gauntlet, Executioner and titans bane gives 65% Pen.
Arena is not good for the game, it does not teach people how to play smite or smite 2 properly at all. The main game mode is conquest, thats what it should focus on entirely. Cause I fucking hate when arena mains come into my conq games for a random game and have zero clue how what the game is balanced around.
😂 that’s like every person that starts a new game, at least they get to know how to use their God. I rather have scrubs start at Arena then in conquest
Arena has its place, biggest plus of it is its an easy way for returning players to get used to playing the game/gods/mechanics again without having to be absolutely tanked by active players in a conquest game
Your take is completely wrong. It is annoying to have players from arena in your conquest games. But, no arena means less players that play smite. Less players = less money. Less money = less support for the game. I think you can deal with the occasional arena player so they can keep updating the game you play anyway.
