launch is getting pretty good. i still use my small scanner for simple stuff and i actually use it more than my autel. plug in a read. no booting up , no updates, no subs.

Which tool was it? And was a number of the tool? From what i was recently told is launch is based out of china, so launch usa is just a sub company of launchCN so that might be the reason for the number beings a whatsapp number to keep from being charger for calling out the country or what not but i will get some information on that for you, i havent needed to contact tech support being that i deal with my rep directly
