Hi guys! I did use the powder all day & it kept my skin set the same way as the original version did. One side wasn’t more oily or more matte. I hope that helps you! Xoxo

Greetings. I have been wanting the original Translucent Powder for a long time. I'm 75 and we were invited to the Marine Corps Ball in Las Vegas in November. Well, I wanted to look special and this gentleman at Sephora showed me the GLOW. I am so happy with it, wasn't sure if it would be too shiny for this great grandmother. It really isn't. It's so pretty, I think. So I think I would recommend it for anyone, accept those who are extremely oily. I'm an esthetician and also did makeup for years. I very much enjoyed your tutorial Sarah. The glow side looks so good! It makes your skin look natural with just a hint of glow but it’s not an obnoxious strobe light lol! I say use the glow version - looks amazing! And being someone with oily skin, this gives me hope that I can use it without looking greasy :)

I just pick it up but didn’t used it. I wanted to see reviews first and after yours I cannot wait . I am very tan now so I and not using foundation but I can’t wait to try it.

I wanted to love the original so much but it makes my dry skin even drier. And the packaging smashed to pieces so I had to throw it in the bin. I’m so tempted by the glow version as I love radiant products but I’ve heard it’s just a glitter fest, especially for under the eyes, and I’m so fair I’m worried it would look gold on me so I’m not sure what to do! Really appreciate this review and finding your channel 💛

Great vid-very informative & you have another new sub :) I love that you wear a more natural look compared to so many others on YT. I'm a big LM fan & just bought the Candle Glow Sheer Perfecting powder (compact) while traveling. I absolutely love it but still use the original setting powder on my t-zone because I tend to get oily while the temps reach 90+ this time of year. In defense of the original---I was at work & a basketball coach looked at me & said I was "had a glow to my face-sort of ethereal". An unsolicited observation like that coming from a clueless male may need to be considered. I also prefer to use a setting spray or Mario Badescu facial spray to give it all a more of a natural skin look. Thanks so much for putting this out there, I was really curious what the difference was between the two.

Thanks for your sweet words & for subbing (: I think dramatic looks are fun, but I'm definitely more of an everyday makeup kinda girl! That's such a great compliment coming from a random man -- I have loved the original formula for YEARS. I don't dislike it, but on my skin at least, the glow formula did wonders that I didn't know I needed. I think I'm going to need to try out the candle glow powder now. xoxo

Just purchased the glow powder last week and it’s great. I saw another video where the girl said you can’t use it all over your face which is not true imo and according to my Sephora salesperson.

Both of them are fine and they are both look very pretty on you Both of your sides look good 👍 The Original one just looks more natural... Like for an Every day use But the Luminous is definitely better for going out and for the Videos

The Glow looks really pretty on you - I agree it gives your skin more life and the other side looks dull in comparison. Do you know if LM does this in a travel size? Greetings from the UK :)
