This album is already shaping up to be one of the BEST releases of 2021 and we've only heard 4 songs! I can't get over how good this is!

I dont think even she understands the entire magnitude of what shes doing with this project but I love you Laura Mvula for this.

If anyone is wondering, The mic is a Sennheiser MD441-U. They were originally made in the 70's and they still make them today. Love this song!

The coolest thing about this video is that I think they actually sang this live. Or at least recorded new vocals for the video, because the released version on streaming sounds different.

She is hands down one of the best soul/pop singers to come from the UK in quite some time. Truly sad that she's not getting the recognition she really truly deserves. Great vocal range and serious composer of songs. She really reminds me of the late great Nancy Wilson ( song stylist of pop, jazz and soul). Laura should do a duet with the great Corrine Drewery of Swing Out Sister or Lisa Stanfield!

Tender and powerfull all at once, just wonderful! And the duet really adds depth and colour to the song. She might have changed her sound and image, but clearly she's lost none of her writing talent. Good to see her back on the scene again after what feels like a lifetime away (2016 seems like a different age/era already!)
