I agree. I usually like interviews with loud and expressive people, but one minute in this interview and I stopped cleaning and sat down and watched the whole thing in one sitting. Lauren’s voice, way with words, and overall vibe instantly drew me in.

Lauren is as real as she comes. It's so rare to have someone with integrity and full artistry nowadays. She's so brave, and kind, and funny, and intelligent, and incredibly beautiful inside and out! She's the full package for me, I love her so much

Whenever I watch any interview of the 5H girls I wonder how they survived being prisoners in a pop girlband without any rights to decide their sound for so long. I always wanted, but I've never imagined Lauren giving us a full R&B project. I'm so glad she's independent now.
the way she's behaving now reminds me of 2014 - 2015 Lauren where she was very cute, innocent and fresh. (Not that she turned dark after 5H, but her music pallete did), but personality wise i'm seeing a lot of fetus Lauren in her, she seems genuinely happy these days

Kudos to Lauren for being an Indy artist. I’m also an Indy artist. Us Indy artists have the freedom to do whatever we want to do and have creative control!
Best prt about her being independent is that there’s no label management team rushing her out of this interview , she literally sat here and they talked about anything and everything. Lauren got to just sit there and have conversation , no team to hurry her out of there on a strict time schedule for some reason. It was just Lauren with her friends that came in to chat like podcast style , so cool regardless of Zach unnecessary shade toward girl groups and 5H in particular
I was a big fan of 5h and I always knew that she had way more to offer than being in a girl band. I'm so glad she's doing what she loves and what she feels represented by and not just performing someone else's songs.

I just watched this entire thing. I agree with people about how she needs her own podcasts. I’m not sure how many of you remember this, but awhile back, at the start of the pandemic, she did have an Instagram Live series called Attunement. I watched pretty much every episode and that’s pretty much what made me fall in love with Lauren. And in this series, and her other Instagram Lives, sometimes she would even go live with fans, but she’s never gone live with me. I really hope someday she does. And if she does another tour I hope she comes to Boston.

She spoke so well about her healing from the years in the group and the other girls. Much love to them always and Lauren’s energy is literally as humble as you can imagine. I think that we all to an extent compare ourselves and our achievements based on other people's perception, sadly when you feel you reached a top then you have to relearn and accept that it might not always be like that.
I love how Lauren is so open, I honestly wish one day she’ll gives us a Podcast or get more interviews that allow us to see her personality I enjoyed this and I enjoy Zach’s interviews because of this reason.. He always asks different questions and goes to other topics that you hardly get in other interviews.. People need to take notes I get annoyed hearing the same questions with the same answers etc. This was so refreshing!!

This has to be one of the best interviews Lauren has done in a while and Zach was great I loved how they focused on HER MUSIC I loved how they didn’t just focus on her sexuality like the majority of her previous interviews. It was a Great interview I hope we get to see a part 2 and I’m happy to see Lauren more relaxed and I love that that happiness is due to being free from expectations and she’s actually doing what the fuck she wants to do ❤️
