The official video for ending 8 is called: The Final Season final chapter ED Ai Higuchi "Itterashai" ---- (on the Pony Canyon channel) There are also 2 special songs, one for each of the 2 long episodes which make up the show's finale. You already heard the first of these ("Under the Tree") in your first AoT video. The other one is called "To You 2000...or...20000 Years From Now". There aren't visuals for it but the song is really good, you could just watch a lyric video.
