It would take, A LOT of sea water. Not even sure they have the assets to do such a thing.

It's several miles from the sea. Also that only works to divert it, and there is nowhere to divert it to here.

They can use plane who can drop water on the lava. But it is just my opinion

That method has been used before. In Vestmannaeyjar, Iceland - From February 6, 1973, until the lava cooling operation ended on July 10, 1973, millions of tons of seawater were sprayed onto the lava flows. It did help out with the issue.

*Who cares if the video illustrates the most up to the second images of the consequences of the current ongoing eruption? The title of this video does not imply that such is the case.* *Having an up close and personal view of the magnitude and depth of the lava flow as it crosses the road into Grindavik is a blessing for this East Coast American, and might I suggest that a lot of the people who have regularly been watching the entire series of videos for all of the recent volcanic eruptions on the Reykanes Peninsula over the past several years seem to relish in nitpicking?*

Well, all of iceland is made from cold lava, so the availability is high. 😀

None of it is from the outer core for that matter.

They do test the lava. And it's not from the core.

The end result of volcanoes is more lava.
