It was that way,, with TV in the U.S., when the volcano was active in Iceland.. I stopped watching TV over a decade ago. Everyone can do this. Stop being programmed.

Many properties although fortunate enough to have missed the lava flows directly are just as condemned because they’re totally isolated or have been completely cut off by road or any means of access because the flows have surrounded them and engulfed the area. Its very sad for the people of La Palma.

Hello and thank you for everything you've been showing everyone. Would it be possible to fly the drone on the eastern side, showing the new eruption on the smaller cinder cone which is hidden by the main volcano please? Because of the current wind and smoke/ash direction, it should be much safer for the gimbal and your drone to fly on that side of the plume.

It's EXTREMELY important that you wear tight fitting mask cos very fine ash gets into lungs and have bad breathing condition in later years. Very good goggles for eyes. Keep safe.
Never use a vacuum to suck dust off an electronic device -- always used compressed-air. (A vacuum will generate a cloud of static-electricity, and any spark could damage the device.)
You might want to look at the tide tables. It was a full moon last night and it would seem that the volcano is more active under the moon than other times. The moon would not be the main force but I think very influential.

Wow, the lava there looks so different in texture than it does at the volcano in Iceland. And the ridiculous amount of ash spewing forth must be as nerve wracking as all the noise it's making. Hopefully all the earthquakes aren't an indication of worse things to come. Stay safe and thanks for such in-depth info and great videography.
My heart hurts for these people. The town of Paradise , California was forever lost to fires. I know how they feel that they can never go back home. Praying!
The heat and gasses seem to have destroyed the vegetation where you walked. Even though the lava stopped short of where you stood. I’d like to see more of the lava effect on the vegetation. And interviews with the local residents for the recent history of the island
Be safe getting close like you are, lava bombs can reach far away from the volcano! Please take safety precautions and use common sense! If a new lava flow happens in the future the area you are on may be taken over by it. Those smoking areas could open up new fissures as well, be safe our brave friend.
@@coz7891 Now you see after a month...new fissures will open up and create a mini vent that spews lava in another location and create another path or flow. I live in Hawaii, the most active in the world.
Please be careful of toxic gases in the atmosphere. You may have lung damage issues like the toxicity that affected the first responders in New York years after 911 tragedy.
1956 building destroyed at this moment. Feels like the authorities tried nothing to block the pass of the lava at some points, while in Iceland they made few dams to protect a road and a small village WAY further. I was expecting them to make some excavations to facilitate the pass to the see on some areas, and building some big dams on some other areas with big bulldozers that they could have brought to the Island.

The volcanologist are close to thinking when the volcano will stop erupting and that is after the 4th of December. .. this volcano and the last three eruptions have occurred when the moon is close or in perigee . 1949 . 1971 . 2021 . When magma has built up . On December the 4th the moon will be at its closest and after that time it should become less eruptive . If anyone else has more to add to this I would be very interested.
There's a vent on the side of the cone at 6:15 and 2 more at 6:32. If they become larger, I can see the cone collapsing on that face.l If that happens, your location won't be a good place to be.
