Another banging album of nasty rhythms and earth-trembling bass OUT NOW on the platforms! ✨🔥✨🤘✨🔥✨🤪✨🔥✨ 🤘✨🔥✨This unruly collection of 14 floor-shaking tracks was recorded this spring at Tropical Paradise Studio in sunny Colorado by yours truly.
I am really excited to introduce a new member to my synth family… the ERD/WORM by Martin Howse! I have been patiently waiting for Martin to release another revision of this awesome voice emulator module for so long… (and no one is selling these used) Well, I recently nabbed one off his site right before they sold out! I feel really blessed to have the opportunity to work with this module, it is amazing. And I used it a LOT on this album for voices and grungy synth mayhem (not sure it was meant to be used like that, but it happened). Looking forward to diving deeper into this module’s infinite possibilities.
I also used the Noiselabs Tailgater (it’s very accurate!) to cv control the Metasonix T-1 for the intro track with my voice. So, now you can hear my not-so-pitch-perfect singing emulated by the gnarliest synth ever. Woooo! ✨🤪✨
I used a lot of drums from the Metasonix D-2000 as well as the Landscape Noon. I also live-jammed and recorded a bunch of acoustic percussion like shakers, hand drums like the bata and conga as well as some cuicas and other random percussion noise makers. Other than that, I don’t remember exactly what all I used, but I had fun putting this together and I hope it rocks your socks off! ✨🤘😊✨ I especially like tracks 7 and 10...
