Lavandula angustifola by Michelle-Agnès Magalhaes 

Michelle-Agnès Magalhaes (Brazil, 1979) is a composer working in the fields of instrumental music, chamber music, symphony and opera, as well as in hybrid, electronic and interactive forms. Her works elicit total engagement from the performer, recreating a playful, metaphorical and interactive reality through sound.
On this piece, for harp, cello and clarinet, Michelle-Agnès said: " A fleeting moment, germinating, growing, blossoming. This path, miniature, essence of a larger metamorphosis".
The event was co-organised by The Ivry-sur-Seine Municipal Music School (Ecole de musique et de danse) and MusEA a non profit organisation for amateur chamber music players (Musique, Espaces des Amateurs).
