If Lakers want a good front office, a couple things need to happen. First is Jeanie needs to sell the team. A new owner comes new leadership, get Pelinka and Rambis and all these inexperienced people out who hold high positions. I understand this may never happen and that the current problem is fixable but these types of things will never happen with Jeanie Buss as the owner.
