I am going to do a field of lavender in the future.It really helps to see more experienced farmers out there like you with my favorite plant and medicinal herb : ) Is this Lavender angustifolia Hidcote ?It looks like some compact variety of angustifolia like Hidcote or Munstead.
Yes it is. We grow mainly English lavender with some lavandula intermedia (Phenomenal) mixed in. The Phenomenal did not do well here and other farms in the Northeast US with all of the rain this past spring.
