Sa pagkakatanda ko po, pagsinabing Assignment, ito yung designation ng type of work ng isang personnel, like sa field ba sya or office, investigation or paperworks. Pag naman po yung placement ito po yung territorial designation ng police personnel like kung municipal level ba sya mailalagay, or sa NHQ, something like that po. Yung line officers naman po is sila yung nakafocus sa implementation ng objectives or mission ng PNP (PATROL, INVESTIGATION, INTELIGENCE, ETC.) About technical officers naman po, sila yung personnel na recruited with special skills and specialization like Medical Doctors, Engineers, Nurses, Criminologists, Psychologists, Lawyers, Etc.) Correct me if I'm wrong nalang po. Sana nakatulong. :)
