Look into changing your diet to Keto or Carnivore and your anxiety will go away. Try eliminating sugar and everything sweet even fruits for a month and you will be shocked. I promise.

@@Miracles999 well yes, but I have been diagnosed ever since the start of elementary school, and I need to stay healthy. I don't think it is the best idea to suggest a diet to a "kid", but that is my opinon. Just keep it in mind. But thank you.

Me and my family have been struggling for quite some time. We all trusted a family friend ,and he took advantage of that. I was the young girl he hurt by hand, but he hurt so many more in the cross fire. It took so long to heal from what he did to me ,physically and mentally. And it took so much longer to put my family back together afterwards. Just over a year in the legal process, he finally plead guilty and accepted his sentence. Thank you ,Jason ,for helping me through the rough nights. Whether these meditations work or not ,they gave me a safe place. I'm always going to be grateful for that.

Not giving up, I am trying this again, as yesterday was a really hard night for me mentally and physically, but it’s my own fault for pushing myself too hard whilst doing a daily workout, so I ended up pulling a muscle in my chest, so it was just hard to focus enough attention on your voice. Painkillers are working hard to help keep myself losing enough to try to get a few hours. I am pretty sure I can. Just need some to help me relax.
