I work a week ahead too - for me it is the ONLY way to survive Law School! I do wayyy too much extra-curriculars to be doing stuff that week, I would go crazy with stress otherwise. It's stressful enough

hey i have some questions about doing your homework a week in advance. i like to do things in advance too and be super organized and i'm thinking about going to law school (currently rising junior in undergrad). 1. do other people also do their work way in advance? 2. are you reviewing it in the days leading up to the due date or just getting it done to not be stressed? 3. is it hard to get ahead in the very beginning bc you have to do the current week's work first?

That is so my routine, the only difference is I shower as I get home from work... because i am an online strident with a kid who runs about make unnecessary noise and demands my attention . If i stick to A-pluses, it's a miracle. I love your video.. new sub.

VERY HAPPY I FOUND THIS VIDEO!! I'm a senior in high school and I've wanted to be a lawyer since as far as I can remember maybe 5-6th grade! Every time I think about actually being in law school it scares me! I've made all As all throughout high school while taking college classes/AP classes. I'm like you I like to get ahead as much as I am able to! Any tips on how to calm your stress especially if you do bad on a quiz/test or whatever!!!!! I'm so emotional bc my grades are so important to me. My parents are not the type to be on my back bc I do that all on my own. But most of the time my stress gets so bad bc I want to do so good and when I'm confused on hw or a test question I get so flustered I want to cry! HELPPPP

I'm going through orientation right now, but next week is when my classes start for real. I'm already feeling pretty nervous about the reading load and your system of working a week ahead is great. Any advice on how to initially get ahead? The prospect of completing my assigned reading is already daunting. I can't imagine how to do it twice over.
