I don’t think people realize how hard it is to actually sing the lines “I tell my self when I sleep at night” the way Gracie does it 😳 mind blowing talent and skill

My friend offered me tickets to see Lawrence live a few years ago because he had too much homework. This was 2 hours before doors and I had never heard of them but I was just like “sure, ok.” In the end, he may have passed his class, but it was I who truly won.

I couldn't possibly love this band more. I've been listening to music, going to concerts, and playing music my entire life. I'm 64 years old and Lawrence is as good as I've ever heard, in their own way. Don't Lose Sight.

Ok, so I’ve been hearing this sound in the background of the Microsoft Surface commercial, finally looked it up, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve seen the comments and video commentary, all are spot on. These people are amazing. Every song and various versions bring out more surprising vocal depth, range, strength songs are so well written. Clyde reminds me of Randy Newman, Daryl Hall, Michael Bolton, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder and Ben Folds all in one. However, his voice is different and stands alone. And I can’t even name anyone I can compare Gracie to! I’d say Aretha Franklin, but I truly believe her voice is more versatile than Aretha’s was (no disrespect intended). The soulfulness in their music is so impressive, I’d never in a million years think that sound came from people in their 20’s. The entire band is impressive and they look like their having a ball. I hope to see them in Charleston this spring. New fan!
