I passed. until I just want you to know that you were my main man for the last 2 months I religiously listened to everything that you pretty much posted. Love love love how you explained everything. I walked into the exam feeling like I already passed it then when I started to take the test I knew that the stuff that you provided was golden.

Yesterday I passed my first test, thanks to all the videos I watched. You are really good.

I had to stop and let anyone watching this that the "right of survivorship" conversation on this recording is confusing. The students don't quite get it. And unfortunately, Joe doesn't do a very good job of clarifying. So, if anyone is confused or frustrated, the way i understand it is the "right of survivorship" belongs to the other people on the Deed, NOT TO THE SURVIVING RELATIVES OF THE DECEASED (which I think is the main confusion). And the way I remember which is which is that Joint Tenancy and Tenancy in the Entirety both have the right of survivorship. And the way I remember those 2 as a pair is: I want to smoke the ENTIRE JOINT. :P And from the notes in a different Prep Agent video, I learned the way to remember that Tenants in Common is the type that can be willed. Tenants in Common = TiC = TC = To the Children.

I have failed the test twice as well...one by 4 questions and one by 3 questions...taking it tomorrow.

I wish she had of read the question then read all the multiple choice answers and then said the answer on all of them. then if she got it wrong, she said out loud the correct answer because I'm listening at work and can not look at my phone all the time. I am learning a lot from your videos though. it just gets frustrating when I can't look at the phone. thank you for your videos.

These are NOTHING like the PSI exam here in WV which is a helluva lot harder.

The rights to survivorship is a tricky question with a joint tenant. Except, if one person dies and there were only two to begin with, there is now only one owner, making it not a joint tenant with survivorship, but an owner in severalty, since it is only one owner now.

I watched a lot of these videos before taking my exam. To include sitting in the parking right before my exam.....I passed both exam the first time. Terms, practice exams, and these video helped me.

There is a right of survivorship "Testate OR Intestate" when you are a joint tenant with someone else. I believe that would have cleared up the confusion on the Tenancy question towards the middle. Great video!

These videos don’t help.none of these questions were most like the ones on my tests. Studied these for 2 weeks and got a score of 50% on my test and I knew all the vocabulary. Suggest this videos.? NO!

Okay , so I have a question . In joint tenancy , even if one of the owners has a testament and they want to pass their share to the testate they can’t because its joint tenancy ? Also in tenancy in common one of the owners cannot will his share due to no right of survivorship ? Please explain. I’m so confused !

8:18 I think the questions written out incorrectly, if brown leases a residence From baker then Brown would hold a periodic tenancy subject to eviction wouldnt he? because His 3 month written lease expired and the residence belongs to Baker. I know what an estate at sufferance is but wouldnt that be classified on behalf of the landlord / owner rather than the person leasing? because in this case it would be Bakers estate at sufferance , no? my CalBre exam is in 4 days ! this question seems tricky

If an apartment requires notice to term, even though there is a specific time frame, is this still considered an estate for years? I rented an apartment for 3 months specifically and did not tell them in writing i was leaving so I was charged another month.
