The lawsuits are only part of the problem for Grisham. The mayor, local DA, chief of police, and the sheriff in Albuquerque have 'all' refused to enforce the governor's 'order'. This order is already DOA in record time, and a spectacular failure.

None of them were expected, or authorized to enforce the order, are they? ONLY the state police can enforce her order. Anything else is grandstanding by the respective departments. The amount of ignorance on display over this thing is pretty telling, and depresssing, frankly. There are a LOT of stupid people in this world.

@bradhuff256 If that is true (and it isn't), then this 'order' means nothing because the state police has zero chance of enforcing it without the help of city and county LE.

@bradhuff256 Yes, your amount of ignorance is breathtaking. Only one county is part of this illegal and unconstitutional order. The Sheriff of that county understands that illegal and unconstitutional orders are unenforceable. The criminal governor has violated US Code 18-242... deprivation of Rights under the color of law. This carries the punishment of up to life in prison. Now run along, the adults are talking.

Are you actually suggesting that unloading 17 rounds into a vehicle that maybe committed an illegal u-turn is somehow warranted? The individual who fired on this vehicle and killed and injured those people should be found and immediately put down. No trial, no incarceration, no continuing costs to the taxpayers. Rinse and repeat on a regular basis and watch crime plummet (either through compliance, or through elimination of those committing these crimes).

Treason is a very specific crime. This isn't Treason. It IS a violation of US Code. It carries up to life in prison as punishment. Of course we need a Republican president to prosecute. Segregationist Joe Biden's regime will not.
