IMO Binger was dirty. I really feel he should be disbarred for his actions in portions of the trial. Binger should be seeking the truth for God Sakes! This was about a liberal prosecutor who knew he didn't have a case but wanted to punish Kyle as best he could by dragging him thru the mud like this. This was about punishing someone who dared use a firearm for self defense. This was about sending a chilling message to anyone considering using a firearm for self defense.

I don't understand why people think a 17yr old has a political agenda. I have a kid the same age and they just don't get into politics they have other stuff to think about. Cars, girls, video games, school etc... there's no political thoughts there. Don't even know what proud boys are as teenagers.
@athanksgivingbaby570
@athanksgivingbaby570 2 года назад
I think I would dispute you on that one. Teenagers are passionate about everything they are interested in. If it's girls and cars, that's what they're passionate about. If it's politics and climate change, then THAT'S what they're passionate about. My daughter was incredibly politically active before she could ever vote. I don't know what Kyle's politics were, but he put himself in a position to get into trouble and that's what happened. In other words, he acted like a teenage boy.

@@athanksgivingbaby570 Remember that 9 year old girl who publicly criticized her school for supporting BLM while prohibiting all other forms of political expression on campus? @@alphablobmom5521 It's a rare teen who is interested in politics. I think in Kyle's case, he had gained this training as a first responder medic and simply wanted to put his new found knowledge to use. I think for him it was an altruistic opportunity to help where help would be needed. Yet, he had the wisdom to understand he was heading into a conflict zone and may need to protect himself or others at some point. He was right! He was able to protect his life when insane adults tried to destroy that young boy.

I live in Wisconsin I lived in Milwaukee from the time I was 4 years old until I was 27. four of my friends were Milwaukee cops under Chief Bryer. t was a very safe place to grow up. Then things changed the conservatives moved out and the liberals took over and the city went downhill and is continuing the slide to lawlessness. The DA pampers the lawless and goes full force after a person who clearly was defending himself. The laws are very clear if you walk away and a person pursues you, you have the right to use deadly force. This was not a murder trial, this was an anti-gun trial.

@Michael Miller he shot and killed someone. Instead of giving him medical aide taking him to the hospital then having them call police Kyle Rittenhouse ran from the scene of a murder he committed. Gaige Grosskreutz went after Kyle to help get to the police safely. Kyle told Gaige that either Rosenbaum had a gun or K. Rittenhouse didn't do anything. Then Gaige Grosskreutz heard the crowd yelling.

@Michael Miller there is such thing as self defense. Kyle Rittenhouse and the defense proved to the jury that Kyle Rittenhouse was in fear for his life so it was found self defense. The verdict was not guilty of murder.

@Michael Miller Kyle Rittenhouse pulled the trigger shot and killed 2 people and maimed another by blowing his bicep up. One was armed with a plastic bottle, one was armed with a skateboard, and the maimed one turned his body in time not to be dead. Gaige Grosskreutz did not pull the trigger. Gaige Grosskreutz saw Kyle shoot and kill a man right in front of himself. Grosskreutz did not pull the trigger.

In the legal system a case is to be decided based on the facts presented, Unfortunately politics has always played a part in our legal system. In high profile cases such as this where there is the factor of race that’s involved , these cases are very polarizing. I personally feel like rittenhouse is a murderer that got away with it. Our country is really divided. Rittenhouse recently got a standing ovation from a republican crowd at some function. They welcomed him as a guest. As a citizen one of my biggest fears is that politics and the racial divide in this country finds itself inside of out court rooms and begin to infect it, infect it more then it already is infected. Judges and jurors might make decisions as to guilty or not guilty based on politics.
@donnabrockbank8296

The jury knows Kyle Rittenhouse is guilty of murder but took the path of least resistance. Even a marshmallow murderer affiliated with the Proud Boys would not do well in prison.
@donnabrockbank8296

Kyle Rittenhouse should have gone home when he lost his military body guard. Kyle should have stopped to give medical aide to Rosenbaum after he was no longer a threat to Kyle life. Kyle should have called the police to come to him. Instead Kyle Rittenhouse chose to run away. Then killed another person and maimed another. At some point how is it still self defense.

The thing is, the Rittenhouse case was a triumph of justice in the face of a wicked mob. Binger happily played the role of a 21st century Pontius Pilate trying to feed the mob a just and righteous man and the jury system worked in an almost stereotypical perfect manner. The prosecutor was swayed by the mob to seek Rittenhouse’s life. However the safety in our justice system that is guaranteed by the Constitution did not allow Binger to unilaterally bend to the mob. He instead had to empanel 12 people to judge the facts. Anyone who watched most of the trial knows the prosecution case went sideways, yet the prosecutor who was clearly devastated that the truth was coming out in open court, tried to defy the judge’s rulings in a frantic attempt to make himself the mob’s champion. In the end the jury went to deliberation, and in spite of having some sense of the gravity of the situation bravely delivered a just judgment. It is literally what was envisioned by the jury system. It stopped a weak or corrupt official from punishing a just man for political expediency. Given how ruthless the left is (and most who oppose Rittenhouse are flaming libs), in the pursuit of their lawless and Godless objectives, those who are on the side of law and justice should raise their voice and shout in triumph at such a major and righteous victory. A significant factor in why the world is going in an immoral direction is that those who are of the truth stay silent as evil roars their ugly voices.
