Are the terminals from 1 to 9 including the international airport walkable ? You dont have to go outside to connect to international flight ?

I have a 2 and a half hour layover in LAX to go to Sydney, Australia. I've heard the airport is notoriously difficult to navigate, so I'm looking up videos a year in advance. At least I've heard the international section is at the "bottom of a U shape" not sure how true this is. Is flying in Domestic and going to the international terminal as difficult as I've heard?

My primary issue is getting to the LAX terminal. If you're flying into LAX using the LAX-it is easy. If you're flying out of LAX it's one of life's great nightmares since they closed the two lanes, and dedicated them to shuttles the traffic is an absolute nightmare so my question is can I be dropped off at The LAX-it lot and use the shuttle to get to the terminal to avoid the 30 to 60 minute traffic nightmare? Does that mean the bus will not allow you on, to get to the terminal? Seems like a creative solution to the terminal nightmare, that LAX has become. Management at LAX has to be some of the worst in the country. No creativity. TSA can also be a nightmare.

Stop itttt, our airport may look "outdated", according to some Indian overproud.. 🙄, but maybe consider checking your cities condition before complaining about other countries airport. Talk about indian hospitality when they can't even shut up over some old looking but fine airport.

I saw on the weather channel that LAX is discontinuing plastic water bottles…..REALLY? Los Angeles and most of California racks up tons of homeless, narcotics addiction, mental health ad nauseam. The State needs to get it together. Human Beings are must more important..
