There is no doubt it's a healthy food , though what caught my attention more is steel plate. In times like this, where people serve in plastic plates and try to earn more , this lady is actually thinking about people's health as well as environment. Hats off to her. God bless her.
The first time I saw this, I found it weird. But then I really liked it. It is also very light on the stomach. And is better than eating rice in the afternoon. Rice will make you feel drowsy but eating mudde outa won't. Students should take special note of this if they want to focus in class on a hot afternoon and avoid drowsiness.
When I first saw my neighbor in Bengaluru eating a big mudde, I was so shocked and ran to my mom, told her neighbors are eating huge meat balls. My mom laughed and said it is Ragi mudde and it is good for health.

This is regularly made by mummy in breakfast and we call these ragi balls "lapsi" and we eat the lapsi with Tomato cutney or sattu ka jhor or with sabji It really calms our stomach Its benefit that I like most is it is oil free .❤
