Whole population can not get these information by themselves in one life. They will have to take many lives to get arrive at this information. That there is mental body too, energy body too.

If the problem is within ur mother and ur brother become angry, u can start first consciously moulded her, if not then took courage to make brother conscious. Because I have apply this to my family it is working. Remember don't see ur mother as helpless, everyone have immense potential empower and provide them courage. Realize brother of his misconduct with any feeling of putting him down. Har har mahadev, may God bring happiness to ur mother and ur family.

Does it matter what order it goes in? I have seen it annamaya, pranamaya, manomaya everywhere else but I hear Sadhguru speak of it in the order of annamaya, manomaya and pranamaya. Thanks for answering the question. Sat Nam.

There is no spiritual body. Spiritual means inner expansion in a human being. You are or the life that you are IS spiritual :) . Transitory body is an intermediate body from physical to non-physical. It is neither physical nor it is non-physical. The reason why he refers to every aspect of life as "body" is because for the sake of understanding because all of them are within you, so it looks like they are different levels of bodies inside , but it's not actually. If he doesn't use the word "body" , your mind cannot even picture the concept because it's beyond physical and it's everywhere in you. :) Don't worry about all this stuff or you will go mad , hahaha. Just focus on how you can make your experience of life profound , joyful and intense. That's all :) ❤️

Actually there is no disease or abnormality by its kind as we think but it's just a matter of imbalance in one's inner system. Imbalance creates inability which leads to various errors. After creating balance in system everything works properly and the disease gets off. One abstract aspect which works in this case as a reason for it, is conditioned wrong belief, which keeps hold of the sickness even after the balance in system is sought, i.e called madness. That is only an exception.

I understand Karma is what holds the 3 physical bodies/sheaths together.. But I've seen Sadhguru say that everyone is a ghost, but that ghosts that we the living see, are those that have died with too much karmic energy (like from an accident). Instead, if you die of old age, running out your karma, you can find a new body within hours.. BUT what about the *MANY* ghosts that have been seen that are of someone old? So I'm confused, if you die of old age, running out your karma, how are there old ghosts, and why would you need to be re-born? Or is this what is meant as a young-soul, that you haven't lived enough lives, even though you died old? Sadhguru also has a video where he mentions that if you make it to 84 years old, then your connection to earth will be so weak, you won't come back to earth?! So not sure if this means that you reincarnate into a different type of (lighter?) being, like an extraterrestrial-alien, or if you merge with the one-ness like when your karmic glue breaks.

So far ghosts have not been proven to exist. Also, know one has died and came back to live another life that we know of. Sabghuru has no idea just like the rest of us what happens after death. He claims he has lived past lives but rejects the claims of past life regression, he also says we have no soul. I think he’s good in many ways but other ways he talks absolute shite and is in no way any different to the rest of us here. Is there more after death? Who knows 🤷‍♂️
