Layout Builder Module for Drupal 8 

First time you go into Manage Display, you will have to enable the check box for "use layout builder" to get the button shown in the first minute of the video.

I can't find the button anywhere on "Manage Display" page, for any content type. I am using Drupal Version 8.6.3. I installed the "Layout Builder" module and I already have the required modules installed for that. But still, I don't have any button on "Manage Display" Page. It only shows "Layout Options" after installing the module.

Hi,I am attempting to work with the Layout Builder to affect a particular page or rather a product page for a eCommerce site without affecting the other pages. I place the URL in the section for what pages I want to affect, but for some reason it is not affecting the page I want to affect. Would you by chance know why this is happening or something that could possibly help me get past this roadblock? Thank you ahead of time.
