Great to see two marginalized communities in America coming together like this and being unapologetic about how they feel living in the current political climate. Lazarus is the perfect example to dispel myths about American Muslims that certain segments of the right push. He grew up not having a lot, but studied hard to become a doctor while simultaneously building his rap career. Using rap as a medium to talk about struggles that everyday Americans face is a great way to show youngsters that they should express themselves using positive methods. Great message and song.

I don’t see many people being able to hang with Crooked on a song. Lazarus more than held his own. The depth to Laz verse was incredible as was the flow and delivery.
