Hello, any downsides of placing tripe r 1000 elite gen2 somewhat of 25-30cm from the ground? Currently running linear elite 18 under the plate, would use some more illumination further down the road. Or is it better to set it up some where higher ?

Hi Matas. The 1000 Elite actually has slightly less up/down spread than the Linear-18 Elite, so while we'd always suggest trying to get more height off the ground, if you're happy with the output from the 18 Elite under the plate, you'll have no complaints with the 1000 Elite in that position either.

@Lazerlamps Could you please tell me if there’s any difference on POSITION lights between standard and elite. I’m thinking fit one of each on my roofbar. Thank you

Due to the extra LED's in the Elite version of the Triple-R lamps, they trade off the position light function for the increased range and intensity over the 'standard' light

Hi a customer of mine has supplied me with laser lamp elite kit and has told me it has DRL functionality? But in the wiring kit it only has the single purple trigger wire. Is he getting confused?

Our Triple-R Elite lamps do not have a position light function, only the standard versions of lights. Please get in touch with sales@lazerlamps.com if you need any advice or information.
