Amen, this is a hard one but so true. Social media and short form content are literally designed to abuse the reward centers in our brains and use our own dopamine to short circuit those reward centers so that we remain addicted. God loves you more than you could ever know, His commands are given because He knows what is best for you, return to Him. I love you all, trust in Jesus and stay close to God's will for your life. We are promised things will only get worse in this lifetime but if I die tonight I will see you in the life after this life, the end is already written, we have nothing to worry about

When I was Unemployed, I cleaned the Houses and Shoveled the Snow of Driveways of the Elderly People in My Neighborhood for free. I Volunteered at the Humane Society and at my Local Catholic Church. Worked Out Every Single Morning and Never stopped being busy. When I got my Job, I still shoveled my Neighbors Driveway for her.

Laziness paves way to gluttony and lust.

Please lord forgive me that I've done a sin.. Please give me one more chance lord. ❤

Thanks brother. I’m doing my best. I’m starting a health consultation company using the arthritis recovery manual I wrote as the foundation of the consultations. I really want to help people. But I suffer from health problems. My feet were crushed, nerve damage in my arm and thighs. I’m on a quest for strength despite my injuries. It’s hard. But it’s going well. I do feel like shit when I have to lie down to elevate my feet above my heart to drain the swelling. Which is really often I’m afraid. But with this business I can write articles or write ideas for articles or videos down or do phone consultations. So I’m really grateful God is pushing me in this direction. I’ve come a long way, but part of me wants to give up and work overtime at Telus remotely for a year or two and then go live on a beach somewhere. But then I’d be a cripple on a beach somewhere... ugh... God please help me to keep going on this path you’ve laid at my feet. I beg of you God. I am not worthy but through you and your sacrifice. Thank you God amen.
