Hi Anja! Thank you for making this video! Finally a sourdough recipe that is beginner friendly and fuss free! I have kept my starter in fridge for more than 6 months (I kept on procrastinating cos almost all SD recipes are too intimidating and I tried some and it didn't turn out as well as I had expected and invested my time in it! You get my drift) and after watching your tiktok, I fed my starter back to life and followed your recipe. It finally worked! I love it that your method is very forgiving/flexible. And I love it that you don't have to throw away the starter discard. Anyway, please make more SD videos esp laminations to include other ingredients/flavourings! ❤ Zy from Singapore!

How did you get your towels to come off clean without sticking to the top of the dough (the next morning)? Also, could the dough be left in a kitchenaid mixer and mixed with dough hook instead of manual stretch/folds? Helpful video, thank you!
